King Charles III is reportedly "infuriated" with his brother Prince Andrew.

The relationship between the duo is at an all-time low, worsened by Andrew's refusal to move out of his $37 million home, Royal Lodge in Windsor.

This comes after Andrew fell out of favor and lost his royal titles due to his scandal and connection with sex offender Jeffery Epstein.

It has been reported that King Charles's son and next in line to the throne, Prince William has his eye on the Royal lodge if Andrew eventually moves out.

According to Page Six, King Charles III is not in a great mood ahead of his May 6 coronation due to his dissatisfaction with the actions of his younger brother Prince Andrew.

Since the disgraced royal sexual perversions and connection to sex offender Jeffery Epstein made headlines, he has seen his titles revoked and fallen out of favor with the new monarch.

Among the consequences of his action, he was ordered to evacuate his $37 million, 30-room Royal Lodge in Windsor.

However, Andrew has refused to observe the order, despite being asked to take over Frogmore Cottage — the five-bedroom house previously assigned to evicted Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan.

He has reportedly disobeyed the order as he still wants to enjoy the status of his current residence.

"Andrew doesn't want to leave because the property is seen as a symbol of senior royalty — an important property in the family's portfolio," said a royal source. "But William, the heir to the throne, has his eye on it."

William currently lives at Adelaide Cottage, near Andrew's Royal Lodge. While he only moved in barely a year ago, it is claimed that the residence is no longer satisfactory to allow him to carry out his royal duties now that he is the official heir to the throne.

"The cottage they live in once belonged to people who worked for the royals — such as Group Captain Peter Townsend, who had a romance with Princess Margaret and who described it as an 'ice box' — and is very cramped," per Joshua Rom, who is known as a royal commentator.

Andrew losing his titles and no longer being a "spare" lends to the reasons why such opulent living quarters should not be his to keep.

Rom added, "It makes a lot more sense for William to have this house to reflect his new role, particularly as Andrew is no longer a 'working royal' and therefore doesn't need an office or to entertain dignitaries."

It is still being determined whether or not Andrew will eventually leave the residence, despite the pressure he has received.

In the meantime, Prince Andrew: Epstein, Maxwell, and the Palace author Nigel Hawthorne said that Charles could get Andrew out by curtailing the disgracing royal finances.

"While I don't think we will see Charles calling the bailiffs in, he can turn the screws more on Andrew by cutting off his money even more," Hawthorne said, per Page Six.

Cutting off his finances will make it more difficult for Andrew to maintain the royal lodge, giving the king, as its owner, a pretext to kick him out.

Hawthorne added, "Andrew has very little money of his own — which is partly why he depends on his rich businessmen friends to fund him. If he can't afford the maintenance on a large place like Royal Lodge, he may begin to see that he will have no choice but to move."

The battle over real estate has strained the relationship between King Charles and his brother, worsening their already tight connection.

"Relations between the king and his brother have never been this bad," said a royal insider.

"It has turned into a real battle he never expected, and it's left him tired and infuriated."

Besides the current issue with Andrew, King Charles also deals with the royal family's ongoing feud with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.

Things remain awkward between both parties despite the previous senior royals stepping down from their position more than two years ago.

However, it has been reported that Harry will attend his father's coronation. At the same time, Markle will stay back in California to be with their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
