Olivia Wilde Accuses Jason Sudeikis Of Paying ZERO Child Support For Their Kids

Olivia Wilde claims Jason Sudeikis has paid her ZERO in child support, leaving her with the burden of paying "100 % of the costs for the children's care."
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Olivia Wilde is asking a Los Angeles judge to order the 'Ted Lasso' star to pay her a reasonable amount of child support based on his extremely high income. At this point, Wilde says she has received nothing from him since their split, and she is being forced to pay for everything including, "food, clothing, and childcare."
In the filing, Olivia directly addresses the court, saying "Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter. Adding, "While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children's care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs."
Olivia Wilde Is Asking For $500,000 In Attorney's Fees From Jason Sudeikis
The 'TRON' star claims Jason is far wealthier, and should be paying for her attorney's fees. This is standard in California if one party makes a lot more than the other person.
Olivia writes, "I am asking the Court to make an order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason's standard of living. I am also asking that Jason make a contribution to my attorney and accountant fees and costs, not only due to him being in a significantly superior position than me financially, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred have been due to Jason and his counsel's egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct.
Shockingly, Wilde isn't asking for a little bit of money to cover the lawyers. Obviously, she has one of the best in the business -- Kim Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser -- and is asking for $500,000 to cover the expenses.
Olivia Wilde: I Am Paying For The 'Lion's Share' Of Our Childen's Care
It should be noted, Olivia is clear in the legal filing that she doesn't believe Sudeikis will even argue he is far richer than she is, saying, "While I have yet to receive specific financial information from Jason, my understanding and belief is that he is wealthier than I am and has far greater income. I have no reason to believe that Jason would dispute this."
The document points out, "Olivia will continue to incur substantial attorney and expert fees and costs to bring this matter to trial given the tactics that have been taken by Jason and his counsel to date. Olivia, therefore, requests that the Court order that Jason makes a contribution of no less than $500,000 toward Olivia's fees and costs."
In the end, Wilde's lawyers put it like this, "it is undisputed that he earns significantly more than Olivia and has greater access to funds. Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion's share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action." She is requesting that Jason be ordered to pay child support "retroactive" to the date which she filed the case.
Olivia Wilde Claims She Spends $107,000 A Months On Expenses For Family
Interestingly, Olivia has not made a specific amount request, because she doesn't have access to Jason's income. In California, the amount ordered to pay in child support is specifically based on the monthly salaries of both parents -- and expenses, etc. Wilde claims she will need $100,000 to pay forensic accountants to dig through the information and help identify the amount.
If you were thinking it, you are right, Oliva is quite wealthy in her own right. The actress told the court she makes over $40,000 a month in salary, including another $60,000 from "Wilde Company income" and "rental property income." Also, she has $645,187 in bank accounts and over $10 MILLION in other assets. BUT, the actress says she has over $107,000 in monthly expenses. That's right -- 100K! The breakdown includes almost $60,000 in "rent/mortgage" and $4000 in "laundry and cleaning."
As you know, Oliva and Jason are currently fighting over the jurisdiction of this custody case. The 'Ted Lasso' star filed his own case in New York, and Olivia has a dueling one in Los Angeles. But, that's a whole different story.
The former couple will battle it out in court unless they can settle it privately.
