Jameela Jamil has reacted to allegations that she flopped during a recent appearance on "The View."

The actress, who has been doing media rounds to promote her new podcast, suffered a few setbacks while on live television, using the F-word at some point. Even though she immediately realized her error and apologized, a few media outlets were less than impressed with her behavior, and they made it known in their publications.

Jameela Jamil Jokes About Slip During Her Conversation On 'The View'

Ever since she became a famed Hollywood star, the media has had its eyes on Jamil, immediately swooping in whenever she seemingly makes a mistake. Thus, it was no surprise when Entertainment Weekly published an article about her Wednesday appearance on "The View," calling it "bizarre."

Per the write-up, the actress had joined the women of the daytime talk show to promote her "Bad Dates podcast" and began the conversation with an interesting tidbit about her dating history, quipping:

"I am what you would call a serial erection killer. I'd have my own Netflix documentary series about all the erections I've murdered."

The "Freshly Squeezed" star then admitted that she had a three-month wait period before kissing or having sex with someone, adding, "I just don't want to see your balls until I'm ready."

The comment caused moderator Whoopi Goldberg to smile smugly at the audience as co-host Sara Haines placed her head in her hands. Later, during a conversation about the exercise industry, Jamil uttered, "I see it as this exclusive club, this elitist place where you have to dress a certain way, and like, f**k. Sorry, I apologize for my language."

"The Radio 1 Request Show" host reiterated her apology, clarifying that it is a "bad word" just as the interview ended. In response to the article, the 37-year-old took to her Instagram Story with a screenshot of the headline and a caption that read:

"The use of bizarre is used to make me sound unhinged. But actually we had a F**king BLAST and they've invited me back to co-host sometime. I love them, they're so fun."

She made a second Story with a screenshot of another outlet carrying news that she made the show's panel "lose it with her raunchy fart jokes." This time, she wrote, "Ahahahaha welp. What a week so far. I have LIVE NEWS today," across the image.

The "Animaniacs" voice artist did a more elaborate presentation of her television flop via a video posted on a third Story. After explaining why the footage appeared grainy, the "Legendary" judge said:

"I have a deeper and sexier voice because I have been chatting sh*t on live television all over New York. Going viral for things that I did not expect to go viral for. I came to promote my podcast."

Jamil then pointed out that the podcast, which has already gone live, featured comedic celebrity guests such as Conan O'Brien, Nicky Glazer, and Tick Nataro. The last time the actress called out a celebrity outlet for their headlines, it was more dramatic than this.

The Blast shared that the "Last Call with Carson Daly" recurring host went head-to-head with SFX Magazine after they gave an unexpected headline to their interview with her. The publication had claimed that she was keen to "jump ship" after the superhero miniseries, "She-Hulk," tanked on Disney+ when what she had said was different.

To prove her side, Jamil uploaded a screenshot of the headline and her words on Instagram, partially writing in the caption, "Hope these people stretch before they attempt the mental gymnastics required to create such nonsense."

The Blast reported that the "American Dad!" guest star slammed a news site for publishing an unsavory headline about the former prime minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, following news of her step down. She posted a screenshot of a BBC headline asking if women can "really have it all?" alongside the words:

"Yeah, women can have it all. She had it all, did it all, smashed it all, and now has even more because she has the agency to decide when she is done on HER time. She may not be prime minister anymore, but she was always a queen."

Jamil continued her rant in the caption, writing, "GROSS HEADLINE. 5 years of being revolutionary, and leaving on her terms. That IS having it all." The women's rights activist emphasized that the now-retired politician deserved more accolades following the country's remarkable response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Jamil finished by professing her love for the 42-year-old who left the corridors of power in January.
