Video Of Amanda Bynes Days Before Hospitalization Show Her Frail & Lost In Hollywood

Amanda Bynes was seen hanging out in Hollywood, CA. just two days before she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

A good Samaritan and TikTok creator shared a video of herself with Bynes on Friday, March 17th, aka St. Patrick’s Day.

TikTok user @kaitlynhotfox posted a video of her walking with the former actress. Bynes is sporting a tight top knot and a black t-shirt with skeleton hands on the front.

“Amanda say ‘what’s up,’” she tells Bynes.

She responds, “What’s uuuupppp.”

We can confirm it’s the “Easy A” actress from the septum piercing and small heart under her eye. Bynes looks extremely frail and a bit lost in the video.

“We’re just walking the streets of Hollywood… it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and I saw my girl walking, so I had to say, ‘what’s up!,” @kaitlynhotfox says before ending the video.

She pans over to Bynes one more time and she appears very sleepy or drained.

The content creator captioned the video, "She was sweet, gave her some money and talked. sometime ppl just sb to talk to."

It must be noted that the former FIDM student was holding onto this stranger’s arm as if they had known each other for years.

The comments section of the video was flooded with mixed reactions.

The Nickelodeon’s star dramatic weight loss came as a shock to her legion of fans.

The Blast exclusively reported that the retired entertainer was reportedly abusing prescription drugs which led her to lose a TON of weight. She reportedly weighs under 100 lbs.

Sources close to the situation tell The Blast, Bynes has recently undergone “startling and dramatic weight loss over the last few months,” and people around the actress believe she is abusing prescription medication.

On Sunday, March 19th, Bynes was seen roaming the streets near downtown Los Angeles completely nude. She called 9-1-1 on herself and was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.

Bynes apparently flagged down a car and explained she was “coming down” from a psychotic episode.

After officers arrived on the scene, she was taken to a police station where mental health professionals determined she needed to be hospitalized.

At this point, Amanda’s family is in contact with medical professionals and it is unclear how long the actress will be hospitalized. Normally, a 5150 hold lasts three days, but it can be extended by a doctor or a judge if they believe she needs further treatment.

Our sources are not revealing which drug they believe she is abusing, but Bynes has a history with Adderall, a drug that can cause dramatic weight loss if used improperly.

It should be noted, for years the actress was under a conservatorship where her family and the courts could monitor her behavior and subsequent treatment. Shockingly, Amanda was released from the conservatorship almost a year ago to the day.

On March 24, 2022, a judge issued an order stating that she had “provided facts that the conservatorship is no longer needed.”

At the time, the document noted that she had “the capacity to give informed consent to any form of medical treatment. The court determined that the conservatorship was no longer required and the grounds for the establishment of a conservatorship of the person no longer existed.

A new report states her parents are NOT considering placing her under another conservatorship.

A source revealed that her parents, Lynn and Rick, are extremely concerned about their daughter’s well-being and health after this weekend.
