In the filing, obtained by The Blast, the actress is asking the court to end her ongoing conservatorship and is armed with specific evidence and medical documents proving she is ready for the transition.

To start, Bynes included a "capacity declaration" signed by a psychiatrist outlining her amazing turn-around from being hospitalized under a 5150 psychiatric hold to her current condition.

Lynn Bynes' response explains she is making this decision, "in light of and solely based on the capacity declaration" signed by Amanda's doctors, saying she suffers from no "thought disorders" and is able to "give informed consent to medical treatment" -- saying point blank, "Lynn Bynes does not object to the termination of this conservatorship."

It should be noted, the legal documents also detail the transfer of Amanda's fortune to a trust which will be handled by her attorney. Up until this moment, it has been protected by the court and conservators against undue influence or spending.

This is a far cry from where Amanda Bynes was just a few years ago. The 35-year-old actress was hospitalized back in 2013, on an involuntary psychiatric hold for reportedly starting a small fire in a stranger's driveway. At the time, Amanda took to Twitter and said she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a month after the incident.
