'Jersey Shore's' Sammi Giancola's Return To Show Is Still TBD!

The party continues to grow on “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.”

The hit MTV spin-off of “Jersey Shore” will see a massive shakeup this season with the return of Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola.

Its been 11 long years since the “sweetest b***h you’ll ever meet” has graced MTV or their cameras.

But, the wait is finally over.

The official “Jersey Shore” Instagram account announced the unexpected and exciting news last week.

“She’s still the sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet. ?? @sammisweetheart#JSFamilyVacation,” the caption read.

Her ‘JS’ co-stars expressed their absolute shock in the comments section.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi wrote, “Omgomgomfomfomggondnsodhfh.”

Jenni “JWOWW” Farley shared a bunch of clapping hand emojis.

Angelina Pivarnick commented with “?????.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s wife, Laruen, shared three white exclamation emojis.

MTV star Justina Valentine wrote, “EPIC ???❤️❤️.”

Now, we’re learning just exactly how the entire cast was told and how they reacted.

According to reports, Paul D, JWOWW, Snooki, Mike, Vinny Guadagnino, Deena Cortese Buckner and Angelina had no idea that Sammi would be showing up to set this week.

They were just as surprised as the rest of the “Jerzday” fandom.

It’s reported there was laughter, tears and everything in between when MTV producers told the cast.

It was all captured on camera and will be shown during the latter half of season six of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.”

However, an official air date for Sammi’s return is still to be determine, but that’s not to say MTV has a big announcement and promo up their sleeve.

Sammi was the only cast member to skip out on returning to the spin-off mainly in part to Ronnie Ortiz-Magro being on the series.

Throughout “Jersey Shore’s” six-season run from 2009 to 2012, Ronnie and Sammi had a tumultuous relationship.

From the outside looking in, it was a highly toxic and mentally damaging relationship.

This season also saw Angelina get engaged (for a second time), which is something Snooki spilled the beans about on her podcast, “It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey.”

She dished on what’s to come on the upcoming season of ‘JS:FV.’

“This season is a doozy. It’s a lot of like, ‘What is happening?’ So, I’m excited for you guys to see, and then we are shooting again,” she said. “Like, I just had a call about next season, I’m like, ‘Oh My God.’”

Speaking to her co-host, Joey Camasta, Snooki said, “Angeliners gets engaged. It’s all over the news, so I can say it. His name is Vinny. So, you guys are gonna see all of that. Like, there’s just a lot of ups and downs.”

Angelina was previously engaged and married to her ex-husband, Chris Larangeira.

In November, the entire cast of ‘JS:FV’ was seen In NOLA entering a restaurant called Sofia Restaurant.

The TikTok creator by username @aveschristine shared the video of each fist pumping cast member entering through the front door of the restaurant.

She captioned the video, “When the Jersey Shore cast shows up while you’re eating dinner. This was crazyyy.”

The video then shows them inside and a mystery man dropping down to one knee with a small box in his hand. He’s knelt down in front of Angelina and she walks towards him with her hand on her head.
