Heather Rae El Moussa bared her soul in words as she recounted her struggles as a new mom to her son, Tristan, and how difficult it was to leave him for the first time.

Motherhood for most celebrities can be hard to navigate as they often face intense public pressure and scrutiny to balance career, personal life, and family responsibilities. Heather, who is very open about her motherhood journey, posted a photo on her social media page where she dished on her postpartum anxieties.

The upload on Instagram showed the mother-of-one in her glamorous grey robe and beautiful glam look. She neatly styled her platinum-blonde hair in a high ponytail. In the accompanying caption, the reality star revealed that "mommyhood takes a lot out of you."

The "Selling Sunset" star mentioned that she cried when she was away from her newborn for the first time." In her words, "I cried the first time I was away from him for 4 hours because honestly my whole world surrounds Tristan, and it's hard to think of anything else."

Furthermore, the actress explained that her entire routine revolved around the baby. She said, "Anything that I want to do is scheduled around when he's sleeping or when I'm not feeding him, and all the things I "need" to do come second."

She added that having a newborn in one's life "completely diminishes any routine," implying that she hasn't even changed out of her sweatpants after "baby T" was born.

To end the lengthy message, the former model noted, "I have loved every second of the newborn stage, and I wouldn't change anything. I also know that it'll get easier and that l'Il get back to feeling more like myself again... baby steps ??."

Heather's fans flooded the post's comments to drop their two cents and to motivate her. One fan wrote, "This feeling will last your whole life!" Another follower advised, "Mommy hood changes everything but it's all worth it ❤️ Enjoy your days with him all snuggled up and lounging, because it does go by fast!" 

A third user commented, "It won't get easier, you will just get used to it," while a fourth penned, "The first 3 months are the hardest, it gets better after that. It's hard but so worth it at the same time!"

The TV personality was makeup-free in a bathrobe as she held Tristan close to her chest, kissing and looking down at him with adoration. In the caption, she articulated her emotions by writing, "I've never been this exhausted but in love at the same time. My little man…. Mama loves you ? TJEM."

The Real Estate Agent Enjoyed A Therapeutic Date With Her 'Selling Sunset' Co-stars

Despite the challenges the real estate agent might have in her new motherhood journey, The Blast shared that she carved out time to come with fellow "Selling Sunset" co-stars Chrishell Stause and Mary Bonnet Fitzgerald.

On Instagram, the loving mother elucidated the night's highlights with three pictures. In the first slide, the trio appeared on a dinner date at a fine establishment decorated with earth tones and little candles on each table.

They leaned into each other and smiled happily. The second photo featured Stause cradling the wide-eyed tot in her arms, while the last frame highlighted Fitzgerald, who was smiling at him.

The unofficial aunties looked delighted to be with their friend's baby, wrapped in a blue star-designed swaddle and a white burp cloth. In parts, the caption read, "Tristan's aunties came down for a little girls night and baby snuggle session S it was so nice to have my girls visit- we had such a bonding, therapeutic dinner and we just caught up about life and struggles and it was just really real and super comforting for all of us."

The Netflix star also proclaimed her love for her co-stars and claimed her "baby boy loved meeting his aunties."
