Olivia Munn and her partner John Mulaney who never cease to share special family moments on social media, are certainly living their best lives as doting parents to their little boy Malcolm.
Most recently, the parents marked a delightful milestone for the tot after taking phones away from him to reduce screen time.
Olivia Munn Shares First Time Her Son Ever Said No Amid Phone Ban
Munn recently shared a video on Instagram featuring none other than little Malcolm, who was showing his distaste for being banned from using phones.

In the clip, the actress filmed her boy protesting as she moved the recording device away. He stretched his hands, trying to grab the phone, and was saying the word "No" loudly before repeating it in a softer note. The 1-year-old passionately protested, repeating the word "no" with a disgruntled face, but he was soon disarmed.
Touched by his passion, his mama burst into laughter in the background, leading him to grin and dance in his chair in response. His father could also be heard laughing in the background. Malcolm, who was videoed in a kitchen, looked like he had just finished eating as his mouth and shirt were soiled, like the table he leaned on.
Across the reel, Munn wrote, "When he pushes it too far with the last 'No'" and in the caption, she penned, "This is the first time Malcolm ever said no, and even he couldn't take himself seriously."
She continued, "He wanted the phone, but we made a new rule: no more phones or tablers unless it's a code red emergency like a long travel day." Over 27k fans were obsessed with the video, including hundreds who took to the comments to share similar experiences and laud the 42-year-old for reducing Malcolm's screen time.
"What a beautiful babe," a follower expressed. "Already expressing himself verbally! Well done with the screen decision. It's so hard, but watching their imagination flourish is worth it." Another fan remarked, "It's fun to see what they find when they're not on screens (no hate on screens sometimes, of course, everyone needs breaks!)."
Several more were taken with Malcolm's comical expression at the end of the video, including one who wrote, "His smile takes away whatever that is on his mouth and sweater." A second commenter noted that the one-year-old was "already an entertainer," while another proclaimed, "You already have an actor on your hands. Awesome performance Malcolm."
The entertaining post comes after The Blast reported that Munn showed the world just how excellent her baby's comprehension skills are as he demonstrated correct animal sounds.
On Instagram, the "Beyond the Break" actress dropped a video featuring the tot in an oversized blue and white onesie and sitting on his dad's lap, having a fun time. Mulaney was dressed in a grey sweatshirt and black pants while challenging his son with questions from a book.
He pointed to a snake in the kiddies' book, urging Malcolm to imitate the sound a snake makes. The boy did so correctly in no time, leading the "SNL" alum to repeat the same request but for a pig. Malcolm gave a playful grunt in response adding "oink" with no flaw, causing the room to laugh at the hilarious imitation.
The post, captioned with a snake and a pig emoji, was a favorite of Munn's fans as they remarked on how adorable little Malcolm was. Additionally, a few appreciated the "Big Stan" actress for constantly including them on her mothering journey, which never failed to make their days.
The 'Magic Mike' Actress Is Not Ready To See Her Son Become Independent Yet
Malcolm is developing quickly and becoming more independent, surprising his ever-loving mother, who admitted in January that she was unprepared to ditch her mothering roles.
She told her fans so on Instagram using a brief clip of her baby boy trying and successfully opening a door, without Munn's help. Although the child's father was excited about the development as he exclaimed, "You opened it" in the video, the "Date Night" actress did not share the same spirit given her caption.
"He's opening doors now???" she wrote on the clip before exclaiming in the caption, "Oh no… I'm not prepared! Aggghh." As expected, commenters rushed to react to the remarkable achievement, including Mulaney, who joked, "I should teach him to knock first."
A second follower then advised the parents to "start baby-proofing the handles, " noting that the technique could also mess with fathers.
