Khloe Kardashian Praises Herself For Being 'A Real One' Even After Disappointment

Khloe Kardashian admits she’s “a real one.”
The ‘Kardashians’ star shared a quote to her Instagram Story that read, “One thing about a real one, We still real after you disappoint us.”

It’s no secret that Khloe has experienced A LOT of disappointment in her lifetime.
Her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, constantly cheated on her and nearly died from an overdose.
Koko’s ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, also cheated on her incessantly and even got another woman pregnant while they were working on expanding their family.
Since their 2021 breakup, rumors have began swirling that Khloe and Tristan were working on mending their romantic relationship and potentially getting back together.
Khloe Has Experienced A TON Of Disappointment In Her Life
However, The Blast reported on Khloe denying reconciliation rumors in February.
She replied to the fan on Twitter, saying, “Who has time for a man lol I have a 6-month-old baby, and True and I are sickly codependent on one another. Ha! I secretly love it. No, but for real…. No man right now…. He’s in my prayers, too, ha!”
This could be due to her growing maturity.
Khloe shared another quote over the weekend which read, “Maturity is realizing that half of what you want to say does not need to be said. Being able to see the difference between ego reactions and helpful points that can uplift harmony or reaffirm your values makes a real difference. Speak your truth does not mean speak your ego.”
Khloe Speaks About Maturity & Ego Following Two Lawsuits
It’s interesting the timing of her sharing this particular quote, because she was recently sued twice in one month.
We reported on a Good American model suing the company, which Khloe is a co-founder of, and an assistant sued her for unpaid wages.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Khloe is being sued by Matthew Manhard.
Manhard is the former assistant suing for several things. Both Khloe and her company “KhloMoney” are being sued.
The ex-employee to KK says he was hired on or about January 28, 2019, by KhloMoney as a “household assistant to Kardashian (Khloe)”
Khloe Sued Twice In One Month
He claims Khloe directly controlled his wages, hours, and/or working conditions.
In his claim, Manhard alleges that KhloMoney's payroll policies and practices were intended to purposefully avoid the payment of overtime and double-time wages as required by California law.
This allowed KhloMoney to illegally profit and gain an unfair advantage over competitors who complied with the law. Manhard is informed and believes, and upon such information and belief, alleges that at all times relevant to this Complaint, Manhard was a non-exempt employee who was entitled to overtime wages.
In addition to unpaid overtime wages, Manhard claims he suffered a knee injury in May 2022. He reported it to Khloe and requested a leave of absence. When he was ready to come back, he notified KK who told him she didn’t have work for him.
Manhard believes and claims Khloe terminated his employment on or about Nov 9, 2022.
Our document states, “Manhard has suffered both general and special damages in the past and present and will continue to suffer such damages in the future for an unknown period of time. Manhard has also suffered and continues to suffer losses in earnings and other employment benefits, as well as past and future non-economic injury. This has caused damage to Manhard's professional reputation, as well as Manhard's income and other benefits. Moreover, Manhard has also suffered, and continues to suffer, extensive general damages in the form of anxiety, anguish, and mental suffering.”
He too claims he did not receive mandated meal and rest breaks.
