On February 27, Hannah Mendoza, the co-founder of Clevr, uploaded her company's Instagram page with an emotional story about her brand's success. Taking fans back to 2016, the self-help enthusiast recalled how the business started from a hand-built coffee bar to selling and shipping their holistic-inspired drinks from a garage.

Although people enjoyed the healthy superfood lattes, the CEO confessed that they did not achieve stardom until their brand caught Markle's eye. The timeline coincided with the Duchess of Sussex's relocation to the US, and her first order of business was to support the women-owned company.

"Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, had started drinking our lattes. Not only did she love the product, but she was extremely passionate about supporting female founders, our sustainable sourcing, and our food justice giveback."

She continued, "Meghan ended up becoming our first investor, adviser, and biggest Clevr advocate." The blonde businesswoman noted that the Los Angeles native spread the word about the brand by gifting their packaged products to celebrities like Oprah Winfrey.

The wellness brand also earned a spot on the "Oprah's Favorite Things" list in 2021. Following the billionaire's promotion of the woman-led business, Mendoza confessed that her team was unprepared for the demand.

"Our small but mighty team was so not ready for this and ended up selling out for two months," the Clevr cofounder revealed, noting that this prompted the business to grow its team and launch new products.

Additionally, the business focused on retail and has now sold over six million lattes, according to Mendoza. However, the CEO understood that she could not have succeeded without the beautiful women who supported the brand.

"We owe so much of that to the power of women uplifting women," the wellness brand co-founder gushed, noting that their help was significant as there was little funding for women-owned businesses.

The sweet post received thousands of likes and comments from fans, who gushed about their love for the company's products. "I'm honored to be a part of your journey!!!! Congratulations, team!" an excited individual penned.

Another wrote, "this is so amazing!!! I remember you telling me about your little biz in the lineup at 2nd point. Super excited for you all Xx." Meanwhile, Markle's fans praised the former actress for contributing to the company's growth.

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Were Parodied In An Animated Sitcom

The touching post came days after the Duchess's alleged conflict with "South Park" creators. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are no strangers to having the public's never-ending attention. Hence it was not a total surprise when the animated sitcom "South Park" released a hilarious episode based on the couple's fight for privacy.

The episode titled "Worldwide Privacy Tour" featured a "Prince of Canada" and his wife's relocation to a fictional Colorado town. These 2D characters bore striking resemblances with the royals as they protested the media's invasion of their privacy.

"It's all frankly nonsense. Totally baseless, boring reports," the insider said, assuring fans that the pair were not suing.
