During the interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cannon also spoke about the viral TikTok video Carey and Monroe made with Kim Kardashian and her daughter, North. The "Masked Singer" host said the video was an unexpected collaboration, considering he's previously dated Kardashian, but it was "epic."

The video featured North and Monroe singing and dancing to one of Carey's hit songs as their moms appeared on the screen. The two girls then pushed Kardashian and Carey out of the video's frame, and they all laughed. The "Wild 'n Out" host also spoke about his "Future Superstar" music tour, which kicks off on February 25th at the popular Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles. The tour spans 24 cities and features ten upcoming musicians that want to display their talent.

However, Cannon said the tour isn't an avenue for him to become a talent scout for the upcoming artists but a way to pave the road for them. He said, "I don't have the credibility to deem anyone a superstar. To be a star, it goes back to you gotta have that superstar energy; it's already within you. It comes from within."

Cannon added that he really "just wanted to put all those people together on a tour bus, old school Berry Gordy style." Some of the talents the actor featured in the tour include Big Boss Vette, Symba, DW Flame, 24kGoldn, Klondike Blonde, and Hitman Holla.
