Day 365 is a big day for Mulvaney, who recently underwent female feminization surgery. Marking the one-year anniversary of her journey, Mulvaney will be hosting a big variety show at New York City’s Rainbow Room on March 13.

“When I pictured this day, I saw it as a coming-out debutante ball, but I also saw it as a birthday party, a talk show, a standup show,” Mulvaney told PEOPLE. “I put it all together into a one-night-only, 1960s-style variety show at the top of Rockefeller Center. And I’m not going to lie, I can’t think of anything better to do that day.”
The Rainbow Room event will be invitation only, but Mulvaney’s fans will be able to watch the live stream of the performance for $5. There will be special guests, and all proceeds are going to The Trevor Project. The audience will be filled with other trans content creators, trans youth from The Trevor Project, as well as Mulvaney’s family and friends. “My dad will be there.” She added that he “calls me his daughter now.”
“This will actually be the first time that I’m back on stage, but in my proper gender identity,” she said. “Hopefully my followers will be really excited to see me do the thing that I want to do most.”
