“That’s a wrap on face reveal,” she says as the curtain closes. “Oh my gosh, hi! I missed you! You know I have a flair for the dramatics, but it’s so good, right? I’m so happy, and it’s still me, it’s just a little bit softer of a version.”
She continued with an important message for other trans and non-binary people. “I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving,” she said. “So thank you so much for supporting me, and we’ve got so much to catch up on. Dylan Mulvaney Kept Followers Up To Date On The Entire Journey On Social Media
On New Year’s Day, Mulvaney shared a post on Instagram explaining her feelings for 2023 and what’s to come, as well as a message of advocacy.
“You know when people say this is going to be my year? I kinda think 2022 was mine. Anything else that happens in the future is icing (buttercream, not cream cheese!) There’s still plenty of firsts to be had, but I somehow managed to publicly transition while simultaneously finding success and I still don’t fully know how it’s all come together but I’m proud of the strength and softness I’ve shown,” she began the caption.
“I have my bubble of internet bffs (aka you) that have watched this mental growth spurt that has left me feeling a few inches taller (maybe it’s the heels? Idk) and I’m starting to enjoy being alive in ways that I hadn’t before. Funny enough, the last two weeks have been the happiest I’ve been in a long time. Who knew privacy would be helpful to a transition?! Lol.”
The caption continued to talk about what 203 holds for the creator. “2023 is for boundaries and less people pleasing. Still need a week or two to heal. Hell, maybe I’ll take three. I am beyond thankful,” she wrote. “Let’s take care of the trans community in 2023 with the same love and advocacy that you’ve given me. I still have so much to learn, If you’re down to keep watching, then I’m down too. I love ya!”
