Stella Maxwell is relying on the courts to help her keep an alleged stalker away from her and her place of residence.
Stella Maxwell’s Stalker Entered Her Home
The model filed a temporary restraining order and shared the chilling story of how her stalker entered her home.
“The Respondent entered my residence without permission on 1/1/2023. I was not present but a friend of mine was present and terrified,” recalled Stella. The alleged stalker pushed her friend for information on Stella’s whereabouts.
The “Respondent demanded to know my whereabouts and told my friend he had been in communication with me. Afraid, my friend provided my location.” This obviously put Stella in a bad position but luckily, her friend was able to snap a photo of the intruder’s identification badge.
LAPD Responded To Stella Maxwell
The LAPD showed up and filled out a report with Maxwell’s friend and it is now being handled by the Threat Management Unit. The model shared that the accused has sent her “hundreds of messages” and is supposedly “tracking my location,” and now it has escalated to a home invasion.
While Stella wasn’t home at the time, the court document shares her current state of mind. “I was not physically harmed but I am emotionally terrified and in fear, for my life. My security team has learned that Respondent sent me hundreds of unhinged messages and has been tracking my location and traveling to international locations where I work.”
For further proof, Stella has shared that this man has sent her messages from some of these international locations prior to the January home invasion.
The Messages To Stella Maxwell Are Scary
Stella detailed just how far this supposed stalker has gone through to get closer to the high-profile model.
“Prior to 1/1/2023, Respondent started sending me several hundred messages through social media. He has also posted his location in foreign countries on social media which corresponds to the dates that I was working in those locations. He has referenced those locations in messages sent- to me which confirms he is tracking my location,” she says in the court doc.
The Victoria’s Secret model laid out what she needs to start feeling safe again. “I am requesting an order that the respondent is prohibited from contacting me through any electronic means, including direct messages, or other means.”
Stella is taking a huge step in filing this order because she now has to deal with a whole new level of fear regarding what he will do when the order is served.
“I am terrified to contact the respondent since he is tracking me and attempting to make contact with me. He has intruded into my home and I am fearful about what he will do when he is notified about this order.”
Stella Maxwell Has Been Stalked In The Past
Stella has a previous stalker a few years ago and she became extremely scared of the alleged stalker back in 2019 prompting her to seek a five-year restraining order again Ruben Velazquez, who at the time had threatened to rape her and set her house on fire
He sent scary messages like "I will find you" and "I [will] leave you in a wheelchair." He sent the model a picture of her own home, proving he knows where she resides. Hopefully, this horror show ends for Stella soon.
