Savannah Chrisley Is Taking Calls
The Chrisley Knows Best star is sharing on her podcast “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” that a new show will be coming where the dynamic is a little bit different than what we are used to. She calls the dynamic the family’s “new normal”.
Savanah’s niece, Chloe Chrisley, and her grandmother Nanny Faye were on the show with her this week. She revealed to them that she was “talking to a few production companies.” She further revealed that there will be conversations around her parents.
“We’re going to touch on where we’re at today, Mom and Dad being gone, how we’re coping with it, how we get through it,” she said honestly.
Savannah Chrisley Is An Instant Mom
The 25-year-old is also now the legal guardian of her niece and her younger brother Greyson Chrisley. The show will pull that dynamic onto the screen and show Savannah in her mommy era.
“Also too, having two kids and all of us stepping in to make sure that they have what they need emotionally, psychologically, physically, all the things, I feel like there’s a level of humor to it as well.”
The trio laughed at the idea of what they could get up to on their new show. Feisty Nanny Faye joked that the show should be named, “Nanny Knows Best”. It’s kind of clever we have to admit. Title pending, Savannah shared that this time around, the show “will be heartwarming.”
She insists that the show, “It’ll break your heart.” Yeah, because that’s what fans want to sit in front of their TV and cry over a reality show, weird promotion, but okay!
Nanny Faye Is Ready To ‘Bounce’ Back
The matriarch of the Chrisley family is still in good spirits and staying strong for her grandkids. She insists, “I’m ready to walk down that highway any day … I’m ready,” she added, “We’ll say ‘Well look at these Bounce Back Chrisleys.’”
Savannah backed up her nanny admitting that she, too is ready to be back on the TV screen. “At the end of the day, we’re not going to allow this to stop us from moving forward,” she claims. She also opened up about filming Chrisley Knows Best and claimed that the network didn’t allow the family to really show themselves.
“It became more of a comedy than it was reality,” says Savannah. The show was headed by NBC Universal and they ultimately canceled the show and canceled the spinoff Growing Up Chrisley ahead of Todd and Julie Chrisley’s sentencing and reporting to jail.
Season 10 of the show was greenlit ahead of the sentencing back in 2022 so of course, NBC Universal will be profiting off of that by airing a reduced season of the show on the USA network.
In case you live under a rock, Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and Julie got a cold seven for fraud charges related to taxes.
