During her "Weekends With Adele" residency performance in Vegas, the singer opened up about how she is no longer as physically fit as she once was, per Daily Mail.

"Is anyone else kind of my age starting getting bad knees?" said the 34-year-old singer midway through her performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

She added, "I have got really bad sciatica in my left leg, and my L5 disc is not f**king there anymore. It's worn away."

Sciatica is caused by the compression of the sciatic nerve, resulting in back pain that spreads to the hip and outer side of the leg.

Last month, the "Easy On Me" singer became emotional while walking through the crowd during one of her shows.

She came across a man holding his phone with a photo of his deceased wife on the screen. The act caused Adele to burst into tears as she attempted to continue with the performance of her hit song, "Someone Like You."

She said: "When I walk through the crowd, I wish you could see what I can see….There was a man, he's just there, holding his phone up. I think that's his wife on the phone, and I don't think she's here, and it just really moved me."

Still caught up in her emotions, Adele sympathized with the individual and reflected on how her shows have brought her closer to her fans.

The singer previously revealed that she needed therapy to help her deal with her divorce from her ex-husband Konecki.

She told fans about her challenge at one of her shows in November 2022, hinting that her therapy was far more than the typical weekly treatment sessions.

According to Daily Mail, the singer said at the time, "When I was going through my divorce, I was basically having five therapy sessions a day."

Adele also revealed that she stopped therapy for a long time but restarted it after deviating from some of her core values.

"I stopped holding myself accountable for my own behaviour and the things I would say," said the "Set Fire to the Rain" crooner. "But now I am doing it because I just want to make sure I'm topping myself up every week to make sure I can give you everything."

Fans will recall that Adele divorced her famous husband in 2019 after being married for three years. The ex-couple had one son, Angelo.

Following the split, Adele entered into a relationship with sports agent Paul in 2021. Since then, they have been seen together at high-profile entertainment business events and basketball games involving his clients.

Later that year, Adele discussed how her connection with Paul differed from her time with Konecki. She shared that her current relationship was the first time she's "loved" herself and "been open to loving and being loved by someone else."
