Adele revealed to The Face that some of the problems with her back had been lessened by her 100-pound weight loss and rigorous workout regimen, which included core exercises.

"I got my tummy strong, down at the bottom, which I never had before, [and] my back [doesn't] play up as much," she said. "It means I can do more, I can run around with my kid a little bit more."

She also noted that the weight loss impacted her in a "fun" way because she had to change her wardrobe.

"I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, which was fun. I used to love a smock. I can't wear them no more, they make me look a bit weird. I had to get rid of a lot of clothes that I had great memories in. There were elements like that. I don't know if I feel different. I still have things about my body that I don't like," she said.

Adele Is Terrified Of Performing In Front Of Huge Crowds

The "Skyfall" crooner also divulged her apprehension about performing at huge events because it "fills her with dread," revealing that she constantly speaks about it to her therapist.

"I always get so emotional. I love making music, but there is something about performing live that actually terrifies me and fills me with dread," Adele noted per The Blast.

She added, "That is why I am not a big touring artist. I did it last time to prove I could do it. But this experience of being in a room this size, I think I might be a live artist for the rest of my life."

The 15-time Grammy award-winning singer is currently busy with her "Weekends with Adele" residency in Las Vegas, which is set to resume on March 25th, 2023.
