"Daisy Jones & The Six"s massive success came as a surprise for Jenkins Reid.

When asked if she knew if her novel would be a success story by the host of CTV, Jenkins Reid said, "No, I never get that feeling," she said with a laugh. "Until a book is completely done, I can look at it now, and I can say, 'Oh, I did a good job,' I can be proud of myself now. But when I'm writing it, I'm so tortured about it, and I can't see clearly, and so it's not until a book is fully formed that I can say, 'Oh, like, I did a good job,' or 'I'm proud of this.' Now that it's done, it's packaged, and it's out of my hands, I'm very proud of it," Jenkins Reid concluded.

Jenkins Reid will have a chance to further enjoy her success story when the series premieres on March 3rd, via Amazon Prime!
