The tour will consist of three more dates, including May 20 at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, Illinois; June 9 at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts; and it will conclude at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey on June 10.

This will mark the first time the iconic comedy duo will take part in a live comedy tour together. Fey and Poehler became an iconic duo working together on "Saturday Night Live" as the anchors on "Weekend Update." They also found success hosting the Golden Globes on four separate occasions and working on multiple films together. They headlined the 2008 hit comedy, "Baby Mama," and they also starred together again in the 2015 hit film, "Sisters," which Poehler also produced. They were also both in the 2004 hit comedy, "Mean Girls," which Fey also wrote, but they were not the leads in that film.

Poehler also later directed Fey and many of their old "SNL" castmates in the 2019 Netflix comedy, "Wine Country." The film starred Poehler, Fey, and other former "SNL" castmates Rachel Dratch, Ana Gasteyer, and Maya Rudolph. The film marked Poehler's feature directorial debut.

Fey and Poehler finally doing a live comedy tour together makes a lot of sense. They are a great comedic duo and have worked well with each other for decades now. Trying to work that into a live comedy show for the two could produce some exciting results.

As noted by THR, another comedian making the transition from TV to a live comedy tour is Samantha Bee. She also has a live comedy tour, "Your Favorite Woman," which will be kicking off in April. As previously reported by The Blast, Trevor Noah transitioned right off of his exit on "The Daily Show" last year to start a live comedy tour, his "Off The Record," which began earlier this year.

Tickets for "The Restless Leg" tour go on sale on Friday, February 17 at 10:00 am local time at the Live Nation website. The website also indicates a ticket pre-sale will open on Wednesday, February 15. Live Nation has also revealed there will be VIP packages available for all the shows.
