“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne’s lawyer husband Thomas Girardi is facing more legal issues after being sued for nearly one-million dollars.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Thomas Girardi and his law firm Girardi Keese are being sued by Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services. The suit was filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In the docs, Wells Fargo accuses Thomas of breach of written agreement and conversion. The suit says Erika’s estranged husband’s law firm entered into a lease agreement where they agreed to finance the lease of certain office equipment.
The firm signed a total of five different leases. Wells Fargo says Thomas breached the agreements when they stop making the monthly payments in July and August. The unpaid bills include the rental charges, maintenance, taxes, overages, late fees, and a purchase option.
Wells Fargo says the total amount owed immediately is $882,715.51, along with interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of default.
The company says the office equipment they rented to Thomas is located at his office in Los Angeles and San Bernardino. They say the lease terms allow them to immediately seize the property due to Thomas’s alleged default.

The lawsuit is the latest in a string of lawsuits being filed against Thomas and his law firm. Last month, Erika was added as a defendant in a brand new federal lawsuit.
In the suit, a class-action law firm Edelson PC accuses Erika and Thomas of embezzling money from plane crash victims' families. In the suit, the firm says they represent a bunch of Boeing plane crash victims who won a settlement while being represented by Thomas. The suit says the settlement money was not turned over to the plaintiffs.
They believe Thomas used the money to fund his lavish lifestyle with Erika. The suit read, "Tom has resorted to embezzling the proceeds of settlements that should have been directed to his clients—including, as the basis for this Complaint, the widows and orphans who lost loved ones in the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610—in order to continue funding his and Erika’s lavish Beverly Hills lifestyles."
The suit claims the reality stars decided to embezzle the money to keep up their image. It said, "To keep up their celebrity status, Tom and Erika must project a public image of obscene wealth at all times, and at whatever the cost."
The suit even called into question whether Erika's divorce from Thomas was real. The lawyer wrote in the lawsuit, "While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that ‘divorce’ is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK."
Erika and Thomas have yet to respond to the suit. Instead, Erika has been sharing topless photos on her Instagram.
