‘RHOBH’ star Tom Girardi just filed his response in the divorce with his co-star and to ex-wife Erika Jayne, and not only does he not want to pay any support, he even wants her to pay her own attorney’s fees!
In the legal document, obtained by The Blast, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cited irreconcilable differences as his legal grounds for divorce, says he has not had sufficient opportunity to identify and his own property, and community property that he and Erika will need to divide.
But, one thing IS clear…he doesn’t want to pay monthly support!
As you know, Tom Girardi is an LA-based attorney who reportedly is worth a fortune. In the filing, he has made it clear he has no intention to pay spousal support and says his ex Erika can take care of her own financial needs.
Tom and Erika announced their separation back in November, and as The Blast first reported, Erika is the one who pulled the trigger filing for divorce, after 21 years of marriage.
In Erika’s filing, she is asking for the exact opposite of what her husband is asking a judge to order. Erika is requesting full spousal support and also wants Tom to pay the attorney’s fees. The only thing these two have agreed on is the date of their separation. Which they both DON’T know!

The ‘RHOBH’ star broke her silence recently, telling Fox News, “I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others to give us that privacy as well.”
The legal problems don’t stop there — Erika and Tom have made huge headlines in the past few days after being sued over allegations they are using the divorce to embezzle settlement money for the family members of victims of an airplane crash. The lawsuit, which came just weeks after her divorce filing, claims the money was used to allegedly fund their lavish lifestyles.
Erika appeared to react to the news, posting a cryptic message on Twitter, calling it “High drama.” It’s unclear if Erika was referring to the legal issues, but Tom and Erika have a long road ahead in terms of their divorce proceedings.
It’s unclear if the ex-couple have a prenuptial agreement in place and if it already establishes that neither will get any spousal support. As you know, rich and famous couple’s fight each other in court, the attorneys can cost them a fortune.
The only upside to all of this is it makes from pretty good reality television!!
