Peta Murgatroyd Displays Baby Bump Weeks After Her Pregnancy Announcement

Murgatroyd has been in great spirits since discovering she will be a mom for the second time after suffering three miscarriages and a failed IVF procedure. Thus, she has consistently showcased the gift growing in her belly, hinting that she cannot wait to meet the little one.

In one of her latest Instagram Story updates, the "Dancing with the Stars" regular uploaded a clip of her swaying to Wonder's song as she gave a side profile of her bump and placed both hands on her head.

The New Zealand-born Australian flashed her followers a dimpled smile before running her hand down to her belly. She finished by pulling her cream-colored cardigan up and letting out a big sigh of relief as she rubbed her bump.

The flawlessness of Murgatroyd's complexion was heightened by her perfect face beat and tresses trapped beneath a black cap. Captioning the adorable clip, the soon-to-be mom wrote:

"It's funny how this pregnancy is so different with nerves and anxiety, yet I'm more confident than ever with my body."

Another time the "Burn the Floor" star shared bump updates via her Story, The Blast noted that she wore an off-white outfit that resembled a pajama set. Lounging in what appeared like a hotel room, the mother-of-one put her newly styled curly blonde hair, makeup, and an array of beauty products on display.

However, her belly stood out in the short footage, which she ensured she showed off fully. To that end, Murgatroyd turned to her side and slightly pulled up her top to give a glimpse before the video ended.

The 36-year-old jokingly captioned the post, "Poppin," along with a Hamburger emoji, taking a jab at the size of her stomach. Fans had gotten their first intimate look at the pregnancy bump when the "Blackpool Dance Festival" contestant announced that she and her husband, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, were expecting again.

Murgatroyd used one hand to pull up the black t-shirt she rocked for the photo shoot, highlighting the bulge while the other supported her weight. She added a big smile as she told fans in the caption:

Months before they discovered they were expecting, Chmerkovskiy had shared an update on him and his wife and how they were handling their journey toward expanding their family. The Blast shared that the professional dancer divulged:

"We still want a family that's bigger than what we are. We are still going to continue attempts, and we'll see what happens, regardless of the fact we're going to have a bigger family, whether through adoption or whatever this may be."

As we mentioned above, Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy had previously undergone an IVF procedure which failed, eliciting various emotions in the couple. Speaking of that incident, the "DWTS" star said it was difficult for him to watch his wife go through the process.

"The difficulties with having a kid aren't talked about in terms of this is happening a lot of women. They're dealing with it in a very personal, blocked-off, closed-state way that is so detrimental to the psyche," the Ukrainian-American said, emphasizing the importance of discussing such experiences publicly.
