Dallas Cowboys kicker Brett Maher had a rough night during their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as he missed four straight extra point attempts.

Luckily for Maher, those four points did not matter as the Cowboys still beat the Bucs 31-14, but the star kicker was still visibly upset on the sideline during the game.

The footage of the Cowboys Mic'd Up was just released, including the moments where Maher was extremely frustrated and upset with himself for missing four straight PATs.

Teammate and all-Pro receiver CeeDee Lamb showed support for the kicker, trying to lift his spirits. "We're behind you, bro, you're good," Lamb said as Maher slowly made his way back to the sideline after missing his second PAT. "You're good, bro."

The Dallas Cowboys kicker responded to Lamb saying, "Appreciate you."

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott also supported the kicker after his rough game last week. "I'm Money Maher's biggest fan," Prescott said following the win earlier this week. "I talked to him individually after the game, just told him, 'Hey let that go, we're going to need it' I just played like s--- a week ago, so that happens. So I mean that happens. Knowing what that guy's done, with the resiliency he's shown throughout his career. Personally, no doubt that he'll comeback and be perfect and help us win."

Cowboys' special teams coordinator John Fassel spoke out after the game earlier this week on Maher's performance, saying, "I believe in the hot hand, and I believe in the yips, absolutely. And you know, you wonder sometimes how you get into the yips, and you wonder sometimes how you get back into the hot hand. I think it keeps stepping up to the line and shooting that thing. We missed a couple of free throws [Monday] ... He had a hot hand. Let's face it, he only missed [six] kicks all season. The yips happen, so I expect a hot hand coming up."

The Cowboys confirmed Maher will start for Sunday’s NFC divisional round matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, but the team did sign kicker Tristan Vizcaino to their practice squad on Wednesday, according to Yahoo Sports’ Jori Epstein.

"It doesn't take anything away from our trust in Brett," Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Thursday in regards to signing Vizcaino. "It's part of the responsibility. We just want to make sure we're in position to always add depth to our football team."

McCarthy also spoke out earlier this week after the win, saying, “I think the biggest thing is just to make sure you got a good plan with Brett moving forward. Just make sure he’s ready.”

The Dallas Cowboys will take on the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs.
