Jim Edmonds is tired of the lies and is speaking up!

The Baseball star was married to his ex-wife Meghan King for five years before they split in 2019. Their divorce was finalized in May 2021, and he tied the knot with his current wife, Kortnie O'Connor, in 2022. Recently the 52-year-old reacted to the many lies he claims were told against him by the reality TV personality.

Jim Edmonds Says Only Road To Peace Is If Ex-Wife Meghan King Stopped Talking

Despite moving on and getting remarried, the exes occasionally engage in battles with each other. On an episode of the "Hollywood Raw Podcast," the 52-year-old said he was tired of her nonstop lies about him for over three years, adding, "it's so f–king annoying."

During the conversation, he was asked if there was some hope for peace with the TV star, and he responded, "not as long as she talks." The former professional baseball player noted that he was not sure the truth had ever come out of her mouth since they were together.

The St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame member also spoke up about several accusations the "Real Housewives of Orange County" alum made about him, like the temporary protective order against him, which in his words, was "completely false." O'Connor – Edmonds' current wife – chimed in, saying:

"It was never served to us. No one ever came here … We had no idea."

The 38-year-old quipped, "She's made it so that it's hard for me even to co-parent with her because of the things she says about me." The make-up artist explained that King had embarrassed and humiliated her and asked rhetorically, "how many punches do you take to the face before you just say enough?"

The older sportsman, who shares three children with the "Resale Royalty" guest star, revealed that they had reached a point where they had to have a nanny present during any in-person meeting exchange of the kids.

At some point in the podcast, Edmonds denied reports that he cheated on his ex-wife with their nanny and described the claims as an "absolute joke," "false," and "embarrassing" for everyone involved.

He claimed that everything she says about them is a lie as his wife added, "I think she thinks she's in a reality show 24/7, so it's like she doesn't care what comes out of her mouth – it's just a storyline."

Calling out her lies is not strange for the broadcaster, as sometime around July last year, he slammed her claims of a health situation about one of their twin boys. The Blast reported that the estranged couple welcomed the little tots in 2018, and one of them was once diagnosed with a severe medical condition.

King updated fans about the health scare, but Edmonds came for her by revealing that she got the name of the diagnosis wrong – on purpose. The mother-of-three had asked for help online concerning getting Hart potty trained and disclosed that he had difficulty learning new skills due to his cerebral palsy diagnosis.

TMZ broke the news that the former center fielder was not very happy with having his son's business in public. He also revealed that the 4-year-old was diagnosed with periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), not what she claimed.

A rep for the former Chicago Cubs player also told the publication that his client wished she would respect their son's privacy and stop using his challenges to gain more attention for herself.

Meghan King Reacts To News Of Ex-husband Jim Edmonds Getting Remarried

Despite their messy divorce and rumors about them not getting along, it appeared that King had his best interest at heart and supported his remarriage. The Blast shared that the 38-year-old wished the two lovebirds well and also had some sound advice for the former athlete.

While promoting her feature on HUD App's "Reality Of Love," she disclosed to US Weekly that he was "spending whooping, massive, and inconceivable amounts of money on his bride," which she approved.

She advised him to do whatever was needed to keep his bride at his side, like buying her designer bags, cars, and even a jet while taking her on lavish trips. The Bravo star added:

"Do anything you can to keep this woman because I don't know what would happen if she was gone. Like, he would fall apart."
