Lisa Marie Presley's death continues to take the world by shock! The iconic singer sadly passed away following a cardiac arrest she suffered while in her home.

Her untimely death has brought an unbearable amount of pain to her loved ones and other entertainers who looked up to the late singer. Celebrities and friends of the late Lisa have come out to pay their tribute and express their sadness over her loss.

Prior to her passing, Lisa shared a unique bond with the cast and team of "Elvis," and now they shared their thoughts on her painful loss.

Per The Blast, the late singer suffered a cardiac arrest at her Calabasas home. Although emergency personnel performed CPR on her and administered epinephrine before rushing her to the West Hills Hospital and Medical Center, she, unfortunately, didn't make it.

Her painful passing was confirmed by her famous mother, Priscilla, after she was pronounced dead at the L.A. area hospital where she was transported.

Addressing the painful news, she said in a statement, "It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate, strong, and loving woman I have ever known."

She further requested, "We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time, there will be no further comment."

The "Lights Out" singer was a mom to four children; Riley Keough, Benjamin Keough, Finley Lockwood, and Harper Lockwood. Unfortunately, she lost her son, Benjamin, to suicide in July 2020, and is now survived by her remaining three daughters.

Cast Of The 'Elvis' Movie Expressed Their Grief About Lisa's Death

It appears that the cast of the "Elvis" movie – which is a biopic about the life and career of the late Elvis Presley, the father of the now-late songstress – formed a bond with the 54-year-old during the shooting and promotion of the movie.

As you might know, Lisa and her mother, Priscilla, were often present with the "Elvis" cast at every film festival and award show. Following her tragic death, they fondly mourned her loss with emotional words.

Per ET, Austin Butler, who played the role of the legendary musician Elvis Presley, openly mourned the loss of Lisa Marie and released a statement about the disheartening news.

He said, "My heart is completely shattered for Riley, Finley, Harper, and Priscilla at the tragic and unexpected loss of Lisa Marie. I am eternally grateful for the time I was lucky enough to be near her bright light, and will forever cherish the quiet moments we shared. Her warmth, her love, and her authenticity will always be remembered."

The director of the "Elvis" movie, Baz Luhrmann, also wrote a moving message on his Instagram page and posted a picture of the late songstress smiling heartily while in the company of Butler, as the two stars dressed in an all-black outfit.

Expressing his hurt, he wrote, "Over the last year, the entire Elvis movie family and I have felt the privilege of Lisa Marie's kind embrace. Her sudden, shocking loss has devastated people all around the world."

He added, "I know her fans everywhere join me in sharing prayers of love and support with her mother, Priscilla, and her wonderful daughters Riley, Finley, and Harper. Lisa Marie, we will miss your warmth, your smile, your love."

Tom Hanks, who played the role of Colonel Tom Parker, released a joint statement with his wife Rita Wilson, who was a dear friend of the late "Storm & Grace" singer.

Rita posted a carousel of images featuring herself, the late Presley, alongside her mother Priscilla, and other casts of the "Elvis" movie.

She revealed how heartbroken she was by the news and declared, writing, "Our hearts and our prayers go out to Riley, Harper, Finley, Danny @nava_rone, and Priscilla. A mother should never have to lose a child. Lisa Marie lost her precious son Benjamin, Priscilla loses her only daughter. It's too much. Sending love to the family, prayers for peace and strength. Love, Rita and Tom."

Olivia DeJonge, who played the role of the late singer's mother, Priscilla Presley, in the movie, also honored Lisa Marie with sweet words. Dejonge posted a short but touching message on her Instagram story.

She wrote, "Shattered. Privileged to have felt her magnificent presence. And forever indebted to her, for the kindness and support she showed me, and the entire Elvis family. All of my love to Priscilla, Riley, Harper, and Finley."

Presley Is Going To Be Buried Beside Her Late Son

It is hoped that the "So Lovely" singer can find eternal peace after she's laid to rest.

Per The Blast, a representative for the late singer's daughter, Riley, revealed in a statement that her mother's final resting place would be at Graceland, alongside her son, Ben.

The statement read, "Lisa Marie's final resting place will be at Graceland, next to her beloved son Ben."
