Britney Spears Flips Off Camera After Alleged Restaurant 'Meltdown'

It seems that Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are again in the news for all the wrong reasons.

The "Hold Me Closer" singer, 41, reportedly had a "meltdown" at a restaurant in LA on Friday night, causing her husband to storm out of the establishment.

Although Britney has been blocking comments on her Instagram posts over the last few weeks and posting videos without captions, it seems she made her feelings clear enough by posting a video that featured her flipping off the camera.

In her latest Instagram video, set to the tune of “I Touch Myself” by Divinyls, the “Slumber Party” singer flips off the camera several times while she starts dancing.

The video lasts almost a minute, featuring Britney shaking her hips and making a heart symbol above her chest with both hands.

She appears to make several different symbols to the camera, but it’s unclear what she’s trying to say.

After turning in a circle and making a series of different symbols, Britney grabs a compact that she was holding in her hands at the start of the video and starts applying make-up to her cheeks and forehead.

When she finishes doing that, she cups her chest in both hands and starts tugging up her dress before the video begins again. There was no caption and no comments on the video, just Britney’s strange dance.

It’s possible that the video is actually part of her fashion collection and the timing of the restaurant “meltdown” is just coincidental. Five days ago, Britney took to Instagram to share a video that featured her posing in a short red skirt and a red tube top that had the “Coca-Cola” logo stamped across the front.

In that post, Britney wrote, “Anyways, here’s me modeling RED outfit number 1 !!! That means there are way more to go … 7 is my favorite ? !!! I will SHARE with you lovely people !!!”

She has since followed it up with videos of her shaking her hips in a white dress and a brown dress, which might make this the fourth video in her fashion collection. Without a caption, it's hard to say for sure what Britney is really thinking.

On Friday night, Britney Spears and her husband, Iranian actor Sam Asghari, were spotted at a JOEY restaurant in Woodland Hills.

As soon as they walked in the door, witnesses say that everyone pulled out their phones and started recording her. Britney seemed – understandably – distressed with all of the attention.

One source said that Britney started acting “manic” and that she began yelling and talking gibberish.

One customer who was sitting near Britney sent a video to TMZ showing Britney speaking incoherently, although it’s hard to say whether she was speaking “gibberish” or whether her speech was just unclear due to the noise level in the packed restaurant.

Either way, it seems that Sam got upset with the way Britney was acting, as sources say that he “stormed out.”

The video shows Britney sitting alone at the table for a few minutes before the “Oops!... I Did It Again” singer reportedly got up and left with her bodyguard. The bodyguard reportedly returned a few minutes later to settle their bill.

A few hours after the news went public, Britney shared an illustration by @melisa.illustrations on Instagram that showed a woman sitting at a table. The text above the photo reads, “They told me I couldn’t that’s why I did!”

It’s unclear if this has anything to do with the “Slumber Party” singer’s alleged behavior at the restaurant, but it wasn’t the only post she shared on Saturday night.

Only a few hours before she posted the dancing video, the 41-year-old pop star shared a photo of a brown-and-yellow sculpture that featured a spiral. It’s unclear if Britney took the photo herself or simply found it online.

“I have no idea what this is but it looked pretty cool to me !!!" Britney wrote in the caption. Comments on the post were again disabled.
