Lisa Marie Presley Suffers Cardiac Arrest Two Days After Golden Globes Appearance

Lisa Marie Presley has been rushed to the hospital after collapsing inside of her Los Angeles home.

Elvis Presley’s daughter reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday, January 12th following her appearance at the Golden Globes.

EMTs responded to her house and rushed her to a nearby hospital.

According to reports, paramedics performed CPR at the 54-year-olds home in Calabasas before departing for the hospital. Medical personnel was able to regain her pulse before the ambulance transported her

Just two days ago, LMP attended the 80th Golden Globes with her mother, Priscilla Presley.

They were there to support Baz Luhrmann’s “Elvis,” which starred Austin Butler.

Butler took home the Globe for Best Actor in a Motion Picture for his portrayal of Elvis.

He thanked the Presley family for their love and support.

“Thank you guys for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me. Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever,” Butler said.

At this point in the speech, Lisa Marie crossed her hands, put them over her heart, and patted her chest.

Butler concluded his GG speech by thanking Elvis himself.

“Lastly, Elvis Presley himself. You were an icon and a rebel and I love you so much,” he said.

Prior to entering the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Lisa Marie was seen on video being escorted by Butler from the Entertainment Tonight interview space to another spot on the carpet.

She looked a little shaky while walking and Butler made sure to have his hand on her back.

Lisa Marie's condition is unknown at this time, according to reports.

Her father, the late, great Elvis, reportedly died of a heart attack on August 16, 1977.

He passed away at his Memphis, TN. mansion better known as “Graceland.”

Elvis was only 42-years-old at the time of his death, which was ruled a heart attack due to his drug and substance abuse.

He had an addiction to prescription barbiturates

Eerily, another famous celebrity mother suffered a heart attack one week ago to the day.

Tristan Thompson’s mother, Andrea, had a heart attack in her Toronto-area home on Thursday, January 5th.

She suffered a heart attack in her home this week, and she was rushed to a local hospital where medical responders worked to resuscitate her.

Sadly, their valiant efforts weren’t enough to save her life.

TT left Los Angeles as soon as he got the news, so that he could be with his family in Canada.

Tristan has yet to publicly comment on his mother’s passing.

The matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family paid tribute to the NBA star’s late mother, Andrea, on Instagram.

She shared a carousel of photos featuring her, Khloe, Tristan, Andrea and True Thompson throughout the years.

Jenner captioned the memories, “I am so heartbroken by the sudden passing of Tristan’s mom, Andrea. My thoughts, prayers and all of my love are with Tristan, Amari, Dishawn and Daniel. You were the most amazing, dedicated, devoted, and selfless mom and such a loving, kind, and fabulous grandmother.”

She added what a blessing she was to her family before adding, “I will miss you Andrea. I will miss your bright spirit and amazing light. Thank you for always praying for us and lifting us up and encouraging us along the way. Rest in peace beautiful angel ?❤️.”
