What The Fans Are Saying

News of "Titanic"s return to the big screen was enthusiastically received by Twitter fans!

On the official Twitter accounts for Paramount Pictures and the film, a prospective moviegoer tweeted, "I have seen this movie many times, but not quite in a few years and never on the big screen. I just might go and see this."

"Having to watch Jack die in 4k is madness," another fan tweeted.

"I was a diehard fan in 2014. Watched it every day. My whole life was about Titanic," a "Titanic" devotee tweeted, "I was only 13 years old. I was too young to have experienced it in 1997 or 2012 (didn't know titanic in 2012), I waited nine years for this moment, I couldn't be happier!! I hope I get a seat."

"James Cameron said, my movie is not done in that box office." This will be a Titanic sweep," another fan tweeted.

"I don't care what anyone says- even in 4k and 3D... there was no room for Jack on that door," a fan pointed out.

Cameron recently took steps to end the infamous and ongoing debate over whether both Rose and Jack could've fit together on the door after the ship sank: it was proven impossible for two people to have survived on the door, Cameron recently told The Toronto Sun via NPR. He also hinted that fans would hear more about the study next month.

"I saw this film in theaters SEVEN times and wore out my double-VHS box set. But I can't see this rerelease because I can't see 3D," a fan tweeted, "It just gives me a migraine."
