Jessie J's First Trimester Was Rough, Video Details Weird Cravings & Happy Tears

Jessie J has a bun in the oven!The singer admits it’s something she has always wanted but it looks like the first trimester kicked her butt.

The Flashlight singer is overjoyed about this pregnancy and while she normally keeps her private life, private, Jessie is sharing details about this intimate time in her life with a video detailing her hectic first trimester.

“I was warned about that first trimester and it was WOOFY WOOF ???????????‍???????,” wrote Jessie. The post comes almost a full day after the British native announced that she is expecting on Instagram. “I am so happy and terrified to finally share this… Please be gentle with me ? Honestly, ya girl just wants to ugly cry in public in a catsuit eating a chocolate covered pickle with no questions asked ??‍♂️,” she announced alongside a video of her growing belly.

The growing pains of pregnancy hit everyone differently, for Jessie, it’s a mixed bag. She is happy and giddy had horrible morning sickness and was exhausted. In the video, she is yawning and throwing up in whatever she can grab that is nearby, or that she can run to.

In some moments, she is crying or tearing up and looking like she is really going through it but overall, Jessie seems extremely happy to be pregnant again after suffering a miscarriage over a year ago.

Jessie’s followers are there to encourage her as well. The almost new mom has a village behind her, telling her that she’s “got this” and to “stay strong”.

“The 1st is a STRUGGLE! Thankfully the 2nd is MUCH better! But then comes the 3rd…???????????…but then…BABY!! ?❤️? you’re doing amazing Jess!”

Another follower was just happy to see Jessie happy after a trying time. “This is what I love, no matter what journey you are on you allow us to be a part of it❤️. What a beautiful journey you’re on, it’s all going to be worth it J✨?”

The singer quickly shared a follow-up post about being so grateful to be pregnant. “Happy Grateful Excited,” wrote the “Bang Bang” singer munching on a whole cucumber while periodically dipping it in humus, one of her cravings.

She dances and eats with her belly exposed. In the video, she shares some holiday moments with her family as well. One thing we haven’t seen her highlight is the baby daddy. Jessie was linked to Channing Tatum in 2020 but she and the actor broke up.

In early 2022 she was linked to Chanan Safir Colman, a Danish-Israeli professional basketball player in the Israel Basketball Premier League. He is 38 and while Jessie doesn’t chat about him much, she did confirm that she was dating someone months ahead of this pregnancy announcement.

Again, she hasn’t said this is the father of her baby but one can assume that it’s a good chance that these two are doing this parenting thing together.
