Sharon Osbourne Reveals She Passed Out For 20 Minutes, 'Nobody Knows' What Caused Health Scare

Reality tv star, Sharon Osbourne, has opened up about her recent health scare on her return to co-hosting "The Talk."
The television celebrity said during the program that she was taping a show with her son when she fainted and that her doctor's tests were inconclusive.
On December 16, she was hospitalized and, a few days later, was allowed to return home. She posted on Instagram on December 20 to tell her followers that she was "back home and doing fine."
Since the health scare, Osbourne's family has informed her to desist from cosmetic surgery to forestall any possible future complications.

'Nobody Knows Why' Sharon Osbourne Fainted For 20 Minutes
Speaking on GB News' "The Talk," Osbourne discussed the events that followed her collapsing last month as she was filming the TV show "Night of Terror" with her son Jack.
The 70-year-old said she had no idea how she had lost consciousness and that it had lasted for around 20 minutes.
To determine what spurred the crisis, she was subsequently hospitalized at one hospital and transferred to another. However, despite doing several tests over the course of two days, there was still no clear indication of what was wrong.
"I was in [the] hospital. I went to one hospital, they took me to another hospital, and I did every test over two days, and nobody knows why," The "X-Factor" judge told her Co-host JJ Anisiobi on the Tuesday Night show, per Daily Mail.
"So they still don't know why you passed out?' Anisiobi responded, to which Osbourne said, "No."
Sharon Osbourne Says She Is 'Doing Great'
Perhaps, due to still being overwhelmed by the incident, Osbourne shared that she had a "quiet" Christmas, although she spent it with family.
She was reportedly hospitalized on December 16, as confirmed by TMZ. The publication noted that paramedics responded to a call from Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California.
It was later confirmed that Osbourne was the one who was in distress and needed to be hospitalized.
On December 20, the tv personality broke her social media silence to update her fans about her health.
"Back home and doing great! Thank you for all the [love]," Osbourne shared in an Instagram post alongside an image of her dog posing close to a Christmas tree.
Following her post, fans filled the comment section with well wishes and noted that they were anticipating her return to TV.
Sharon Osbourne's Son Clarified Rumors
As reported by The Blast, before Osbourne's post, her son, Jack, had to step in to clear the air around rumors that she was on the set of "Ghost Adventures" when she fainted.
"OK, here is what I'll say - first things first, MY MOTHER WASN'T FILMING A EPISODE OF @ghostadventures. She was filming a new episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha," he said in an Instagram post.
He then shared that her team of doctors gave his mother the green light to go home. Jack also shared an appreciation message for the love the family received while Osbourne was in the hospital.
"Now that we have made that clear... She had been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home," Jack added in his health update post. "Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support."
Her Family Wants Her To 'Give It A Rest' On Plastic Surgery After Her Health Scare
In light of Osbourne's recent health scare, the talk show host's family seems to be entirely against her undergoing any surgical procedure for non-medical reasons.
Osbourne is known to have gone under the knife for a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including an eyelift, abdominoplasty, gastric band, complete facelift, tummy tuck, and Botox.
"The whole Osbourne family are really worried for Sharon right now - this recent health scare has made them realize how precious life is, and how she needs to take good care of herself," a source told Closer Magazine per Mirror.
The source added. "With this recent health scare in mind, Kelly and Jack have begged Sharon to give it a rest on the plastic surgery front. She's made no secret of the fact that she'll happily go under the knife to turn back the clock, but they've asked her to stop - as the procedures can often be dangerous, especially as you get older."
