According to reports by The Sun, the couple’s hectic work schedule seemed to have created a big rift between them.
A source for the news outlet at the time revealed that things have sadly not worked out for Healy and Twigs, adding that their friends thought “this was going to be it,” but that wasn’t the case.
“There was no massive row or fallout. When the lockdown ended, they both found themselves pulled in different directions with work commitments. The whole thing is still very raw and naturally, she is upset, but she’s got her friends around her who are supporting her,” the source shared.
The pair do not currently follow each other on Instagram.

Healy is now reportedly in a relationship with Canadian model and influencer Charlotte Briar D’Alessio. According to The Sun, a source claims the singer and D’Alessio have been dating for a while and are madly in love.
“It is early days and they are taking things slowly but it is clear to everyone who knows Matty how keen he is on her. They have been really subtle about being seen together, but backstage at his gigs, Charlotte is often there,” the source said.
The insider went on to add that although the singer and the model haven’t declared that they are together publicly yet, it is only a matter of time before they do.

A video of the singer asking a fan about their name trended online, drawing a ton of reactions, with some calling Healy “rude.” In the video, the singer was seen asking the fan what her name was, to which she responded, “Dervla.” Healy was apparently caught off guard as he responded in shock, “What?!” to which she replied, “I know.”

Another clip showed Healy telling the fan that her name sounded “like something you move gravel with.” Although Dervla saw the funny side to it, some fans didn’t share the same sentiment as they went on to slam Healy for coming off as rude and insensitive.
A fan wrote, “Pretty sad and defeatist of you to accept and embrace Irish language and name discrimination tbh.”
Despite the online reaction, the disrespected fan came out to clear the air, stating that Healy had followed her on Twitter and correctly spelled her name while sharing a photo of her signed album cover.
