Rapper Iggy Azalea & Son Onyx Are Christmas-Ready In Matching Pajamas

Iggy Azalea and her son, Onyx, are ready for the holidays! 

The star, who shares the toddler with her ex-boyfriend, and fellow rapper Playboi Carti, is one celebrity in the industry that keeps her personal life private and rarely shares pictures of her little boy online. 

However, the rapper decided to join in the festive tradition of displaying pictures of trees and pajamas with family, posting a rare photo alongside her son with the cutest detail you could ever imagine.

Even though she seldomly shares pictures of little Onyx, it is no doubt that Azalea is a good mother who dotes on him.

The 32-year-old reminded fans of her motherly side when she took to her Instagram Story to post an image of herself and the two-year-old posing in front of an elegantly decorated Christmas tree wearing matching plaid pajamas. 

In the adorable photo, the pair held up peace signs as the tot, who added red sunglasses to his outfit, stuck his tongue out and raised his brow at the camera.  

The "Fancy" rapper captioned the shot, "Merry Christmas," and by just looking at it, fans are reminded of the cute boy's swag, which is evident in his pose.

Onyx's undeniable charm no doubt brings to mind a headline-making his mother posted months ago. The Blast shared at the time that Azalea might need help handling his cuteness as it looked like he had become quite the fashionista. 

In the image, Onyx donned a grey-toned ensemble consisting of a printed round-neck shirt over shorts paired with white sneakers and socks. The boy posed close to a large body of water, holding a finger up and smiling bashfully while leaning sideways against the wall. 

With his auburn colored hair laid in tiny twists in a small afro, the "Go Hard or Go Home" singer gushed in the caption, "Onyx is such a cutie. I can't handle it."

The "Black Widow" hitmaker shared pictures celebrating Onyx's second birthday in a now-deleted post, and there is no doubt she went all out for the apple of her eye.

While one slide featured her giving the celebrant a peck on his cheeks as he got busy biting into a green icing cupcake, another showed her squatting beside him, looking at him affectionately as he blew out his birthday cake candles.  

The other images were of Onyx playing in the massive backyard, with the "Savior" rapper explaining in the post's caption that he had been sick the week of his actual birthday. That snag prompted them to reschedule the party, so he had enough time to recover and get in the mood for an epic event. 

After she wished him a happy birthday, she added, "Being your mama is a joy, I love how kind you are to everyone, always sharing and always in good spirits… even when you're sick, you still smile. I love youuuuu."

Known for keeping her issues private and to herself, the "X Factor Australia" season eight judge shocked fans when she shared a story via Twitter about a back surgery she had that almost disrupted her life permanently. 

As we covered, the "Dance Like Nobody's Watching" artist wrote that she decided to undergo surgery instead of flying to her home country Australia to shoot a movie as she originally intended. 

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an uncomplicated procedure to fix issues gotten from touring consistently for two summers became complicated. In fact, things were so bad that Azalea ended up getting hooked to several machines in a bid to hasten recovery. 

She disclosed that the pain was so much that about three days are a blank space in her mind. The mother-of-one further explained that she was not allowed to walk for three weeks — except to use the bathroom, a move that weakened her entire body even more. 

The two-time "American Music Awards" winner wrote, "a week ago, i was cleared to get up and start moving again," continuing that she had begun to see someone who came over to do workouts with her. 

The blonde beauty declared, "I will recover 100%. My goal is to be in good health by Christmas." She noted that it was momentarily tough because she could not do anything for herself, and there were no sure answers from her medical team as to when she would fully recover. 

Although she was upset about the missed movie opportunity, the "Survive the Summer" rapper was grateful to be alive.

She concluded her honest story by noting that she would listen to her body more and get into fitness and advised her followers to do the same.
