Nick Cannon's Fans Rally Behind Star After Sparking Mental Health Concerns

Nick Cannon may believe his community has turned their back on him but many of his fans are proving that's not true. The 39-year-old gave his followers a fright after he posted a cryptic message on Friday, July 17, tagging his location in "Heaven," adding, "Goodbye Earth" while taking aim at his haters. He doubled down moments later when he tweeted, "Y’all can have this planet. I’m out!" That's the last anyone has heard from Nick Cannon despite fans begging his ex-wife Mariah Carey for updates.

In his troubling message, "The Masked Singer" host expressed his frustration for not feeling the support and love from his fans when he needed it most. Nick Cannon collected major backlash after he spewed anti-Semitic remarks about Jewish people. Immediately after, ViacomCBS severed ties with the star and axed him as host of "Wild 'n Out." Later, it was revealed his highly-anticipated talk show's premiere date was now pushed back to fall 2021.

Nick Cannon's message showed his location as "Heaven" and read, "I hurt an entire community and it pained me to my core, I thought it couldn’t get any worse. Then I watched my own community turn on me and call me a sell-out for apologizing. Goodnight. Enjoy Earth??."

After speaking out about his feelings, he went silent on Twitter and Instagram. Fans quickly flocked to social media to show their love and support for the star.

Fans aren't the only one ridiculing Nick Cannon for later apologizing to the Jewish community. Rapper Waka Flocka Flame caught major backlash when he slammed the star for issuing a public apology after Nick Cannon already expressed his feeling of not being supported.
