'DWTS' Witney Carson Reveals Struggles Of Keeping Her Pregnancy A Secret

“Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Witney Carson, 29, recently announced that she and her husband, Carson McAllister, are expecting their second child together.

The dancer kept her pregnancy a secret for most of this season of "Dancing With the Stars," and now that the season is over, she is admitting doing so was not an easy task.

After the season finale of "Dancing With the Stars," Wayne Brady and Witney Carson went onto "Good Morning America" to discuss this past season of the reality competition show. While there, Carson opened up about her second pregnancy and what it was like trying to hide it from everyone on the show.

"[Wayne] is really nice and I could always just lean on him for anything," Carson told "Good Morning America."

"He was like one of the first people to know I was pregnant, so he really looked out for me," she continued. "He's like a big brother."

The 29-year-old revealed how hard it was to keep her pregnancy a secret because she has been really sick with this pregnancy. "It was really hard to keep it from people who were around me a lot because I was really sick, so I would have to go and throw up here and there," Carson continued to explain.

"So Wayne was one of the first people to know, and I think just besides the nausea, just trying to hide the bump, it's my second kid so my showing a lot more," she concluded.

Witney Carson announced her pregnancy during an episode of "Dancing With the Stars."

"I'm so excited to finally announce that Carson, Leo and myself are expecting baby number two!," she said after performing her dance with Wayne Brady. "So, I'm so blessed and this just felt like a really, really good time to share it. And I can finally share it, which is great."

Everyone in the audience, judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli, and fellow contestants and dance professionals all congratulated Carson.

The “Dancing With the Stars” finale was one for the books. The final four contestants for this season included:

• “Bachelorette” lead Gabby Windey and dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy
• TikTok star Charli D’Amelio and dance partner Mark Ballas
• “Let’s Make a Deal” host Wayne Brady and dance partner Witney Carson
• Drag Queen Shangela and dance partner Gleb Savchenko.

These four couples battled it out for the Mirror Ball Trophy last night during the long-awaited finale — but there could only be one winner.

In fourth place, it was Shangela and Gleb Savchenko.

Wayne Brady and dance partner Witney Carson came in third place, leaving the final two to be Gabby Windey and dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy, and Charli D’Amelio and dance partner Mark Ballas, which shouldn’t be a surprise as these two dominated the top of the leaderboard since week one.

In the end, Charli and Mark took home the Mirror Ball Trophy.
