Grammy winner Billie Eilish's brother and work partner, Finneas O'Connell, just disclosed his feelings concerning her relationship with The Neighborhood frontman, Jesse Rutherford. The duo were spotted together a few weeks ago and have raised eyebrows due to their over a decade age difference.
Prior to her relationship with Rutherford, Eilish dated rapper Brandon Quention for almost one year. After they split, she was linked to Matthew Tyler Vorce; however, they separated in May. Rutherford, on his part, was with model Devon Lee Carlson for six years before his relationship with the "Bad Guy" singer.
Despite Eilish and Rutherford's controversial age difference, the Grammy-winning star's brother O'Connell recently revealed that he didn't mind it as far as she was happy.

Finneas O'Connell's Thoughts On Sister Billie Eilish's Relationship
While talking to E! News on Thursday, music producer and songwriter O'Connell weighed in on his sister's relationship with Rutherford. He told the publication, "Listen, as long as she's happy, I'm happy." O'Connell's comment comes after the couple's red carpet debut at the LACMA Art + Film Gala on November 5.
They attended the function and walked the red carpet in a large shared Gucci blanket. Eilish and Rutherford seemed to move between covering themselves in the designer cover and taking it down to show off their matching silk Gucci monogrammed sleepwear.
Eilish's had on a strappy nightgown with lace paired with a floor-length robe and a Gucci monogrammed eye mask to match. Rutherford, on his end, wore a long-sleeved shirt and trousers and a pair of fuzzy Gucci slippers.
The Controversial Couple Dressed Up As A Baby And Senior Citizen For Halloween
Eilish posted photos of her and Rutherford's Halloween outfits, and fans did not appreciate it. The artist was dressed up as a baby, while her boyfriend wore a costume that made him look like an elderly man. The idea was apparently to poke fun at their age gap, which has recently been a topic of debate.
Eilish had on a bright pink bonnet cap, a bib that had teddy bears printed on, and baby doll-inspired makeup. Rutherford, on his end, wore a bald cap that had tufts of gray hair. The "Ocean Eyes" artist captioned the post, "life is craaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy. happy Halloween."

Her outfit roused the ire of several fans, who called her out for making light of the situation. A comment read, "Billie is grown enough to know how weird and creepy this is btw." Another tweeted, "idk if Jesse rutherford realizes this but dressing up in a costume that makes fun of his grooming accusations is exactly what a groomer would do."
Billie Eilish And Jesse Rutherford Have Known Each Other For Years
Eilish and Rutherford initially sparked romance rumors earlier this year when they were seen holding hands during the Los Angeles Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. The photo brought about a lot of mixed reactions from fans, most of whom pointed out their age difference of over ten years.
The duo was seen together again outside an Indian restaurant in Studio City, California, a few days later, doing more than just holding hands. The artist and Rutherford shared a kiss that confirmed their dating rumors. The Neighbourhood lead singer was all smiles in the photos taken, and the duo indulged in even more PDA on the sidewalk.

While their romantic relationship just came to light, Eilish and Rutherford have known each other for several years. A fan account for The Neighbourhood artist posted a picture of them together in 2017. At the time, Eilish was 16, and Rutherford was 26.
Billie Eilish's Previous RelationshipÂ
Prior to her relationship with Rutherford, she dated Hollywood actor Matthew Tyler Vorce. They mostly kept their relationship private but sparked romance rumors in April last year. At the time, they were together on a Santa Barbara getaway, and the artist had her head on Vorce's shoulder while his arms were wrapped around her.
They ended their relationship in May 2022, and the actor had to dispel rumors that cheating was involved in the breakup publicly. He said, "Nobody cheated on anyone. Relationships end. Simple as that. Creating rumors and LYING on the internet is dangerous."
Vorce also addressed the rumors indirectly and accused people of concocting "heinous" stories about him. He wore over a "Men" poster, "The fact that thousands of people take time out of their day to write the most heinous things on someone they will never know posts is the most cowardly thing you can possibly do. Live your own life."
