Simone Biles Flashes Gymnast Body In Skimpy Couch Snap Confessing 'Last Night'

Simone Biles has been nailing her Instagram captions throughout COVID-19. The world's most decorated gymnast, now in quarantine, made headlines throughout April for posts that including a "working wine to five" thirst trap and a mind-blowing Handstand Challenge that literally saw her lose her pants – keep scrolling for both.

Simone, 23, updated her account on Wednesday with her typical low-key look. The 30-time World and Olympic medalist might have the 2020 Olympics off the cards, but it does not appear that the Ohio native has been spending the coronavirus pandemic stuffing her face with Pringles.

Seen below, Simone's photo showed her chilling out at home – the property that comes with a swanky pool was featured recently as Simone sunbathed in a bikini, although that turned into a storm as the star was told her swimwear looks "uncomfortable" by fans.

Seen lying on her couch and flashing hints of her rock-hard abs, plus her killer, sculpted legs, Simone was rocking a girly pink co-ord comprised of a crop top and matching shorts. Hints of a black sports bra were also visible as the gymnast shot the camera a direct and makeup-free gaze with her hair in a bun.

"I had too much to dream last night," she wrote.

Racking up over 16,000 likes in just 20 minutes, the update appeared a hit, also bringing in a giant wave of comments from Simone's 3.8 million followers.

"She's a babe, schwing," one fan wrote.

"Love your couch haha. In the market for a new one and where did you get it?!" another said, with a third telling the gymnastics superstar to "keep dreaming BIG and [break] new records."

Yes, mentions of the Handstand Challenge that has topped 2 million views were made – a user told Simone that their 10-year-old daughter considers her their "idol" ‒ "but she wants to challenge you to a handstand contest," they wrote.

Simone near-broke the internet on April 11, winding up front-page news after her Handstand Challenge saw her both maintain the challenging position for a mind-blowingly long period of time, plus remove her pants while she was doing it. The sports bra-clad video that got a comment from 53-year-old Oscar winner Halle Berry now sits at 2.2 million views.

Halle had written: "I love you woman, but only YOU can do this."

Simone is currently fronting media outlets for confirming she'll be joining the likes of Miley Cyrus and Oprah Winfrey for 2020's virtual graduation, hosted by Facebook and Instagram.

Simone, who remains relatively modest on Instagram despite her enviable body, has opened up with regards to her achievements.

“It’s important to teach our female youth that it’s okay to say, 'Yes, I am good at this,' and you don’t hold back," Simone told USA Today ahead of the 2020 Olympics being postponed.

“It’s not out of cockiness,” she continued, adding: “I’ve won five world titles, and if I say, 'I’m the best gymnast there is,' (the reaction is) 'Oh, she’s cocky. Look at her now.’ No, the facts are literally on the paper. I think it’s important to teach (young girls) that.”
