Any fan that held out hope that Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict would reconcile following their divorce announcement last month might have to focus that wish elsewhere, as Mowry is getting used to her new normal.

The actress showed precisely how she has been jumpstarting her days since she and Hardrict decided to split after a combined 22 years together. The pair share two children — 11-year-old Cree and four-year-old Cairo.

Mowry took to her Instagram feed to drop a reel showcasing her morning routine, which began with picking up an affirmation card. From there, she stepped into the shower, where she washed her hair and shaved her legs.

Once done, she walked into her massive wardrobe to change into an orange sweatsuit combo, styled her hair, and made a cup of tea. Mowry carried her cup onto the pool area where she worked.

She was joined by her baby girl, Cairo, who allowed her mother to kiss her cheek. The clip, set to Nigerian singer Tems' "Free Mind," ended with the "Baggage Claim" actress smiling at the camera and taking a sip of her tea. The "Sister, Sister" star partly captioned the clip:

"With new chapters comes anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. Having a routine helps me clear my mind and hit the reset button."

The former singer explained that her morning routine had nothing to do with "being perfect, but about finding rituals that remind me that pouring into my own cup helps me feel more grounded as I navigate this new chapter of my life."

She added that it was easier for her to practice her "daily gratitudes, be more productive and focused, and thus, be the better version of myself" when she could "savor a slow start."

Many supportive fans took to the comments to applaud her for choosing herself despite society's demands. One pinned response read, "I admire your strength and how you take care of you! Thank you for sharing and helping so many of us on [our] own journeys."

Another pinned comment went, "Sis you are EVERYTHING! The level of transparency you've shared with us to remind us of just how human you are is truly awe inspiring! Thank you for being you and I wish you all the best as you venture into this new chapter of greatness in your life!"

Mowry had begun sharing details of her 'new normal' as soon as news of her divorce went public. The Blast shared that the mom-of-two revealed that she was learning to balance being a single mom and looking out for herself amid the life change. In her words:

"I feel like, especially as a mom wearing so many different hats, I'm always in survival mode. I'm always making sure everybody is okay, everybody's alive, everybody's healthy, everybody's fed, and making sure everybody's fine, they have no holes in their socks, et cetera."

The 44-year-old also highlighted that despite the hectic nature of her new life, she was learning to live in the moment.

The 'Twitches' Star Is Thankful For Her Loving Community

The Blast reported that Mowry appreciated the love her fans had shown her so far. To that end, the "Family Reunion" star had uploaded three images in which she posed next to a vintage Corvette parked by a sandy hill.

While the first pic was a black-and-white shot, the second was colorful and showed her monochrome shirt dress and black stilettos to onlookers. In the accompanying caption, the "Hot Chick" actress penned:

"Every book starts with a dedication page, and this one's dedicated to you: my friends, family, and community. The outpouring of love I received from you over the last week has been so encouraging and humbling. I'm so grateful to you all. New book, First Chapter to follow. Love, Tia [red love emoji]."
