Randall Emmett Accused Of Racist Behavior Towards Black Assistant

A former assistant of Randall Emmettis speaking out about the alleged abuse he experienced working for the controversial producer.

The assistant is filing a lawsuit against the producer accusing him of putting him in dangerous and erroneous situations. He details that he was forced to pay prostitutes and drug dealers for the producer.

The accuser Martin G’Blae claims he worked for Emmett’s production company, Emmett/Furla Oasis in 2020. Although it seems the employment lasted under a year, the assistant is claiming that it was a bad place to work thanks to Emmett.

He also alleges that the reason why he no longer works there is because racial discrimination played a role in him losing his job.

The assistant, 29 claims that in addition to having to deal with sex workers and drugs, the producer wanted him to clean his fish tank and even watched Emmett carry drugs to Puerto Rico in his suitcase, putting everyone in danger.

The drugs in question was cocaine and the assistant was ultimately sent to fetch the substances at the hotel in a wild story. “Emmett had forgotten the code to the safe, so they had the hotel receptionist and a security guard open it. Inside, they found what appeared to be brick of cocaine,” he begins.

“The other assistant quickly grabbed it, and they drove back to Emmett, fearing being pulled over and found with a brick of cocaine. When they gave it to Emmett, G’Blae told him forcefully to never put him in an unsafe and unlawful situation like that again.”

G’Blae went on to share that while he worked for Emmett, the 51-year-old tried to get him involved in an “insurance scam” by asking him to report the Gotti producer’s Rolls-Royce stolen even though it wasn’t actually stolen.

During the height of the drama between himself and 50 Cent apparently, the producer repeatedly said the N-word when he spoke of the rapper. He also reportedly referred to Cardi B as a “ratchet bitch,” for whatever reason.

Emmett also provoked the assistant's beliefs by asking him on numerous occasions to head down to his bookies and place bets for him knowing it made him “uncomfortable” due to religious reasons.

“Emmett still requested G’Blae to run poker-related errands for him approximately six more times, knowing it would make him uncomfortable and violate his religious beliefs,” claims the court documents.

A rep for the disgraced producer has denied all the allegations made against Emmett and anyone else from the production company involved. Suann MacIsaac of Kinsella Weitzman law firm is repping big bad Rand and she says in a statement to PageSix;

“Randall Emmett has never used a racially derogatory term in his life, and Mr. G’Blae knows it. Mr. Emmett looks forward to vigorously defending this action.”

As for G’Blae, he is suing for emotional stress damages, punitive damages and of course, his attorneys’ fees.
