Wendy Williams is back in society and “healing.”

The veteran talk show host checked out of rehab and is “better than ever.”

Wendy’s rep, Shawn Zanotti, told Page Six, “We are happy to report that Wendy Williams is home and healing after being in a wellness facility since August. Wendy is excited about the road ahead and looking forward to releasing her many projects.”

Wendy addressed her fans through Zanotti.

The message continued, “Ms. Williams is being treated by a team of some of the best doctors in the world. We ask for your prayers and well wishes during this time.”

Her health concerns are not lost on her fans. Her previous health issues have prevented her from returning to “The Wendy Williams Show,” which led to a series of guest hosts taking over her spot.

Wendy did not even return for the final episode, which was instead hosted by Sherri Shepherd.

Sherri became such a fan favorite that it was later announced the 54-year-old TV personality would be given her own show, “Sherri,” to replace “The Wendy Williams Show” after more than a decade on air.

In February, Wendy Williams tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19 and experienced other complications to her health from Graves’ disease.

At the time, her rep, Howard Bragman, released a statement saying that Wendy “understands why this decision was made from a business point of view,” adding, “She has been assured by Debmar-Mercury that should her health get to a point where she can host again and should her desire be that she hosts again that she would be back on TV at that time.”

The following month, Wendy made an appearance on Good Morning America to assure her concerned fans that she was “absolutely” of “sound mind” after her health scare.

“When people want control of their accounts, they say anything, including something crazy like that about me,” she said in March, adding that her “health is very well. And I’ve actually had a few appointments.”

“You know, I’m 57 now and I have the mind and body of a 25-year-old,” Wendy added.

In addition to her podcast, the former radio shock jock has dreams of opening up a restaurant.

Wendy expressed her desire to open up a food establishment according to her friend and restauranter, Rosanna Fresco.

Wendy Wants To Open Up A Restaurant

Scott told Page Six, “She loves the meatballs at Fresco, and the last time I talked to her she’s like, ‘OK, Rosanna, I am coming to Fresco and I want the meatballs and then you’re going to help me open up my own restaurant.’”

Of course, this would mean more competition for Scotto, but she at the end of the day its all love between them.

“I don’t know if she wants me to waitress or what,” Scotto joked, “but she did tell me she wants to open her own restaurant and she wants me to help… If there is [a restaurant] from Wendy, it will be big competition but I love her.”
