Halle Berry Stuns Mid-Air In Tight Spandex Showing Insane Body

Halle Berry dropped jaws on Friday, taking to Instagram in a way that's become customary for her – the 53-year-old Oscar winner is a regular when it comes to the platform's #FitnessFriday. This week was no different.

Halle's photo today came as a mid-air one, although for those speculating that the "Catwoman" star may be in a relationship with her "spirit animal" personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas, the snap likely added fuel to the fire – Peter joined Halle as the two promoted Halle's brand-new Re-Spin fitness line.

Halle's photo showed her and Peter shot against a concrete gray wall and both jumping in the air. Over on the left, Peter was seen near-flying as his feet were raised well above the ground – he was also flashing some major abs as his tank top rid up.

Halle, meanwhile, was pulling her own weight – and more. The actress had metallic ankle weights strapped around her as she jumped up, also flaunting her MMA-trained body in a stylish co-ord. The star was wearing tight brown spandex leggings with sheer paneling – a matching sleeveless top completed a look that was accessorized by brown sneakers with white soles.

Halle took to her caption to let fans know more, also mentioning her Re-Spin brand and the fact that many people do seem to hate cardio.

"Time to get the blood pumping for our FINAL installment of #PHITTalks with pieces from the new #RespinByHalleBerry collection! This episode is a doozy, because we’re answering all your questions on the topic y’all seem to dread the most - CARDIO. That said we have a GREAT consolation prize! This Saturday, I will be dropping an official ultimate warrior playlist with @applemusic to really get your cardio groove going!" she wrote.

Halle then added that her brand is available in stores such as TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

Last week's #FitnessFriday photo showed Halle and Peter linking arms as Halle flashed her killer body in a sheer sports bra. The buzz around the twosome seemed enough for Halle to personally shut down rumors that they're in a relationship.

“You know, it’s funny. I have had said sooo many times that we are not dating. It’s frustrating that two people can’t be spirit animal friends. I don’t have to date every man I have a relationship with. Please know I love you all, but please let this go and see our friendship and union for what it is. It’s a fitness journey that inspires us both! We are here to inspire and help you all any way we can. That’s it! Thank you for your understanding. I vow not to address this again. Halle does seem to be defying her age. At 53, Halle is gearing up for her MMA movie "Bruised," although she already completed three years' worth of martial arts training in just six months for her "John Wick" role.

Peter has just spoken to Hollywood Life about Halle. Of her workouts, he said:

“She doesn’t feel herself when she’s not doing it, because she realizes how beneficial that is and how good it is for the hormones, how good it is for her sleep, how good it is for her.”

Peter added that Halle is “truly anti-aging and reversing the clock.”
