According to information garnered by TMZ, actress Wright has made a shocking move to end her four years marriage to Giraudet.

Per the publication, it seemed that the "Justice League" star had fallen out long ago with Giraudet as the court document revealed the date of separation as July 31st. The docs also disclosed the reason for the divorce was due to the pair having "irreconcilable differences."

Regarding the division of assets which is a significant hurdle for divorcing couples, it appears that the pair had a prenuptial in place, which will leave both parties going off with their respective properties acquired during the marriage.

The docs read, "Pursuant to the parties' post-nuptial agreement, all assets are his/her separate property."

TMZ also reported that Wright was not seeking spousal support nor leaving herself vulnerable to give one to her ex-husband. Per the docs, she filed against the court's ability to award spousal support to either of them in her divorce suit.

Since the divorce made the headlines, the actress is yet to publicly acknowledge that she was splitting ways with Giraudet, whom she first started dating in 2017. The pair had no children during their marriage, and there is no telling if this contributed to their split.

Giraudet, who is an executive with the fashion giant Saint Laurent has also kept mute about the split, seemingly preferring to end the union in a lowkey way similar to the very private wedding he had with the actress in 2018.

For now, it is unclear how quickly the divorce would be finalized to allow both parties officially move on with their lives without the constraint of the legal binding between couples. However, since they had a prenuptial in place, it's most likely that the court will grant the divorce in the coming months.

Wright's split from Giraudet marks her third failed attempt at marriage over the years. She was once married to demised actor Dane Witherspoon whom she met on the set of the NBC soap opera "Santa Barbara." The pair's union lasted barely two years between 1986 and 1988.

In 1989, Wright got involved with another actor Sean Penn, who was previously married to music icon Madonna. The pair had a troubled relationship for many years, breaking up and reuniting before they finally tied the knot in 1986.

The actress' marriage to Penn was her longest, lasting over a decade until its end in 2010. During their time together, the pair welcomed two children, son Hopper Jack and daughter Dylan Frances. After her divorce from Penn, Wright also dated another actor, Ben foster, to whom she got engaged twice before their split in 2015.
