Cardi B is playing no games with YouTuber Tasha K, who has some money to pay her. As you might know, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper battled it out with Tasha in court in a 3-year defamation fight.

The blogger made several damning allegations against Cardi on her channel, including accusing her of prostitution, causing the artist to sue her in January.

The case ended in Cardi's favor, and Tasha was ordered to pay a huge amount of damages. However, more than nine months after the verdict was given, the YouTuber is yet to pay up, and the rapper is taking some drastic steps to recover her money.

The "Hustlers" star’s paperwork requested permission to garnish the blogger’s Chase Bank accounts so she could collect her millions. Cardi was awarded a total of $4 million in damages by the judge, but the court documents state that Tasha owes her $3.3 million.

The "I Like It" artist demanded that the staff of Chase Bank, where the blogger, whose real name is LaTasha Kebe, holds an account, should hold all her money, wages, property, and other assets, including items she might have in safety deposit boxes. She is asking that the financial institution give her answers about how much Tasha has in her account.

Per reports, Tasha has reached out to the federal judge who presided over the case to step in as an appeal to the initial verdict is still pending. A ruling is yet to be determined.

Tasha K Declared She Didn’t Have Money To Give The ‘F9’ Star

It’s unsure why the Grammy winner decided to take this route, but back in February, The Blast reported that the blogger wasn’t forthcoming with paying up her debt. In an appearance on the show "All Blk," Kebe stated she didn’t have the net worth to afford such a huge amount.

While speaking to hosts, she explained, "I ain’t got it! Don’t ask me for no money. Who tryna pay $4 million?" The YouTuber, who boasts over 1 million subscribers at the time of this writing, claimed she had a process in place to handle angry celebs who sue while hinting that she might appeal the case.

She also joked about having two kids who she needed to feed and send to school. In January, Tasha was found guilty of intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy through false public portrayal.

She was ordered by a judge to pay Cardi B $1.5 million in punitive damages, $1 million in general expenses, $1,338,753.47 in litigation expenses, and finally $250,000 in medical expenses — all amounting to $4 million. However, after much deliberation, both parties agreed to have medical costs reduced to just $25,000.

In addition, in April, an injunction was signed off by the judge asking Tasha to delete all posts on her channel that contained offending statements about the rapper in five days. According to the judge, Tasha can’t have a pass to continue defaming Cardi while trying to appeal the case.

The Blogger Filed An Appeal, Citing Withheld Evidence

In June, Tasha held on to her promise and filed an appeal, asking that Cardi’s $4 million victory be thrown out of court. Her attorneys claimed in a brief sent to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit that a piece of vital evidence was excluded by Judge William Ray, who ruled over the case.

She claimed that Judge Ray overlooked evidence about Cardi’s "character" and, in the process, influenced the jury. An excerpt of the legal document read, "The jury heard a very lopsided presentation of evidence and, because they did not get to learn who the plaintiff truly is, the jury returned a general verdict for the Plaintiff, against both Defendants."

Tasha’s attorneys also alleged that the "WAP" rapper’s lawyer failed to prove that she acted with "actual malice" through the content posted on her channel.
