Demi Lovato got her big acting break in 2002 on "Barney & Friends," when they were just 10 years old. A few years later, they moved to Disney Channel where they played the role of Charlotte Adams on the short series "As the Bell Rings."

The actress is probably best known in the Disney Channel world for their roles in Disney Channel Original Movie "Camp Rock" and the Disney Channel television series "Sonny with a Chance."

Growing up literally in front of the entire world is not easy, and unfortunately, the "Melon Cake" singer learned that the hard way.

"Sometimes I have a big mouth," they continued to tell the outlet. "As I get older, I'm trying to learn to be more private. I think I do give too much insight to people into my life, and I have to think, do people deserve that? I'm sure by the time I'm 35, my mouth will be glued shut because I'm tired of talking about myself. And I'm sure people are tired of hearing me talk about myself."

"It hasn't been a perfect journey," the 30-year-old continued. "It's been so difficult to get where I'm at today. The changes that I've made—I'm honoring all of my emotions, not just the positive ones."
