Taylor Swift is working hard to make midnights a bit brighter time of night until October 21st!
October 21st marks ten days before one of the spookiest holidays of the year, and this year the date belongs to Ms. Swift; 'Swifties' have already undoubtfully reserved the day to celebrate the release of Swift's tenth album "Midnights!"
This afternoon Swift continued building anticipation for the record by giving fans a glimpse into how the album came to fruition when she posted a behind-the-scenes look on her social media accounts.
Swift is no stranger to bringing her fans along for the recording process; her 2020 critically-acclaimed album "folklore" is the subject of a documentary, which is available for streaming on Disney+. "Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions" chronicles Swift's journey of recording the surprise LP during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Swift reunites in person for the first time since recording the album with The National's Aaron Dessner, who collaborated on multiple "folklore" tracks and also served as a producer for the record, alongside Jack Antonoff. Antonoff is also frequently featured in the documentary and can be briefly seen in Swift's new behind-the-scenes reel!
Antonoff has been a longtime fixture in Swift's recording studio dynamic since her landmark pop-crossover album, "1989."

Swift's new reel is the latest crumb in a string of details she has divulged on social media since announcing the album's existence late last month.
The audience at the MTV Video Music Awards erupted during her acceptance speech for her 'Video of The Year' win for the "All Too Well (Taylor's Version)" short film when she revealed the "Midnights" era was looming! She teased that more information about the album would arrive at midnight following the ceremony, and she did indeed deliver!
The "Midnights" cover art was later posted in a tweet alongside a photo from the album's official photoshoot.
Easter eggs surrounding the contents of the album have been floating around media outlets ahead of the album's official announcement! According to our initial announcement about the record, an unknown source had previously spoken to The Sun and revealed a few potential factors about the album's 13 tracks.
The source alluded that "Midnights" will satisfy Swifties' cravings for the 4-1-1 surrounding her relationship with her maybe-fiancé Joe Alwyn, and also revealed there could be a number of collaborations on the record.
"Taylor is enjoying the process of tinkering with new sounds and is set to showcase a range of genres on her next album, which will surprise her fans," the source told the outlet.
The source also discussed the possibility of "Midnights" containing many collaborations with fellow female musicians.
"She recently invited some friends to write with her and the songs they came up with reminded her team of Stevie Nicks and Joan Armatrading," the source divulged.

Hours after Swift posted a video on both her Instagram and TikTok detailing how the four different back covers of "Midnights" make up a clock when put together, she gave Swifties some seconds when she posted a compilation of clips featuring various elements of "Midnights'' recording.
The compilation, which does not contain any audio that could potentially give anything notable away about the album, features glimpses of Swift and Antonoff working out song ideas.
Eagle-eyed fans will see a split-second shot of different colored vinyl, which presumably corresponds with the four different editions of "Midnights." Target is also set to release their own exclusive edition of the album, which will be lavender!
