Ms. Swift Is Gearing Up To Celebrate At The Stroke Of Midnight With A New Album!

Two weeks ago the "State Of Grace" singer's appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards soon became a night to remember for Swifties, after she announced her upcoming album, "Midnights."

According to The Blast's report following Swift's announcement, "Midnights'" release was commemorated on her Twitter account, and the record had been rumored to be the singer's "most experimental" album yet.

In her Tweet, Swift detailed "Midnights" will cover "The stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life," and she posted an accompaniment photo containing more details.

The letter read, "We lie awake in love and in fear, in turmoil and in tears. We stare at walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our self-made cages and pray that we aren't- right this minute- about to make some fateful life-altering mistake..."

Swift went on to explain, "This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams. The floors we pace and the demons we face. For those of us who have tossed and turned and decided to keep the laterns lit and go searching- hoping that just maybe, when the clock strikes twelve... until we meet ourselves."

Of course, Swift's devoted 'Swifties' fanbase was beside themselves and ready to celebrate "Midnights" well beyond midnight!

Twitter came alive with excitement for the album, including nuggets from fans who were already gearing up to welcome the currently unheard album into Swift's legacy.

YouTuber @clockworkreads tweeted, "taylor swift didn't write 'it's 2am feeling like i just lost a friend,' and 'lit through the darkness at 1:58,' and 'the lingering question kept me up, 2AM who do you love?' and 'i want your midnights' to not become one of her greatest albums."

'Midnights' May Be Hitting Retail Shelves A Bit Early- But Not In The Way You're Thinking!

There seems to be no lingering question over whether retail giant Target will be celebrating "Midnights"s arrival if their cryptic tweet tells us anything!

Earlier today the chain store's Twitter account officially entered Swiftie territory with a tweet inviting fans to "Meet us at midnight on Target.com" with an emoji of a shifty pair of eyes alongside their message.

The tweet also included a hashtag related to the upcoming record, #TSmidnighTS.

Swifties have hopped into formation! The tweet currently has over three thousand retweets and nearly 700 responses!

"Midnights" will be released on October 21st.
