NFL legend Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, are reportedly living in separate quarters post-split speculations. The duo got married in 2009 and have two children together, Benjamin, who is 12, and eight-year-old Vivian. Brady also shares a son, Jack, 15, with Bridget Moynahan, his ex.

The 45-year-old notably revealed that he was retiring from playing professionally in the NFL in February this year; however, he backtracked two months later, revealing that his place was not in the stands. While several fans celebrated Brady's comeback, Bündchen was reportedly unhappy with the decision.

Shortly after speculations of a split started circulating, reports revealed that the couple no longer lived in the same house. Bünchen was also noticeably absent during Brady's first game since returning.

Tom Brady And Gisele Bünchen Living In Different Houses

Brady's return to the field is reportedly taking a significant toll on his marriage with supermodel, Bündchen. Rumors of a possible split between the two started a while back after the 42-year-old was notably absent from her husband's first game since he returned from retirement.

Us Weekly reported that a source said that the couple was still not on good terms, and while they still talked to each other, they were not living in the same house at the moment. The insider said, "Tom and Gisele are still not seeing eye to eye regarding his retirement. They are currently living in separate houses but continue to communicate."

The new living arrangements were reportedly put in place a month after the NFL superstar took a leave of absence from practice in August in order to handle personal matters. Brady's coach, Todd Bowles, said as much in a press conference last month.

Tom Brady Said He Had A Situation To Deal With

Brady returned from his break 11 days after taking permission to reveal that he had a situation he needed to attend to and that there was "a lot of s--t" going on in his life at the moment.

The 45-year-old said, "Everyone has different situations they're dealing with, and we all have unique challenges to our lives. I'm 45 years old, man. There's a lot of s--t going on, so you just have to try and figure out life the best you can. You know, it's a continuous process."

Previously, a source revealed per US Weekly, that people around Brady tried to cut back on mentioning Bündchen because the tension between them seemed high. "Everyone here knows that there's tension, but we don't know how serious it is," they said. "So we're just not talking to him about Gisele. It's not a topic anyone wants to bring up to him."

Gisele Bündchen Said She Had Done Her Part

Bündchen joined Elle on September 13 and explained how she felt about her husband's return to the "very violent sport." According to the 42-year-old, she wanted Brady to be more present; however, it was not her choice to make.

She said, "Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children, and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again, but ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too."

Bünchen continued, "I've done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]. I moved to Boston [when he played for the Patriots], and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams."

The supermodel claimed that watching her children succeed and grow and seeing Brady fulfilled in his career made her happy. The mother of two added, "At this point in my life, I feel like I've done a good job on that."

Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen Are Working Through Things

US Weekly revealed that the couple had experienced tension since Brady returned from retirement. A source said, "Gisele was not happy when Tom un-retired from the NFL after such a short time. There is tension between them."

The insider went on to reveal that Brady was trying his hardest to make it up to the supermodel, and they were currently working through things to reach "the other side."

People Magazine also revealed that the 45-year-old came back from retirement, his relationship with Bünchen was strained, and the model was tired of his career coming first.

"Going back to Tampa after the retirement put a strain on the personal side of his life," the insider revealed. "Gisele is frustrated and sick of his career coming before their family, who has always supported him."
