Many cast members from the second season of Netflix's "Love Is Blind" have discussed how love can actually be a bit more blurry on social media throughout 2022.

However, Danielle Ruhl, who fell in love with fellow cast member Nick Thompson through the series' process of initially introducing contestants to their potential spouses in separate rooms referred to as "pods," has been anything but blurry when discussing her experiences on the series.

Ruhl and Thompson's relationship stood out and captured viewers' attention largely due to Ruhl's willingness to be transparent with Thompson about her past and present mental health struggles.

Ruhl maintained an unwavering sense of transparency around her mental health long after the series' episodes were released on Netflix, often discussing it candidly on social media.

The 29-year-old is continuing to openly discuss and incorporate mental health, especially in the wake of the announcement she and Thompson had decided divorce was the best option for their futures, and would be splitting up after one year of marriage.

Inside The Thompsons' Divorce News

The Blast reported on the former couple's heartbreaking announcement late last month.

TMZ originally obtained their divorce papers, which had been filed by Ruhl in Illinois.

Matters between Ruhl and Thompson seemed to be anything but negative prior to the news; Ruhl had posted a photo to her Instagram account featuring the couple locking lips on the beach on July 27th.

The duo had also spoken to Us Weekly per our report about future plans to redo their big day sometime in the future.

"At either our two-or three year- anniversary, we really wanna redo a reception to make sure our families could be there," she told the outlet. Like, I've always dreamt about my dream wedding and wedding planning and a bachelorette party. And so we're redoing all of that. It's just like when we have the time."

How Is The 'Love Is Blind' Star Doing Nearly A Month Later?

Despite her surprising split from Thompson, Ruhl continues to incorporate candid chats about her mental health into her post-show platform.

She took to her Instagram stories to break her silence and frankly discuss how she has navigated life following her big news.

Ruhl started by discussing how the public seems to have interpreted her demeanor.

"It's funny when people are like, 'How are you so happy?,'" she began in the video per a report from Us Weekly, "Would you rather have me post an Instagram Live of me crying for eight hours straight because I can do that if you want [me] to! That's my reality," she continued.

Ruhl did not shy away from depicting her reality with her subsequent post.

"If you would rather have me sit here and post Stories sobbing, I can easily do that," Ruhl added. "It's what I spend most of my days doing. But I do cry all the time. I cry easily. I cry when I'm happy, I cry when I'm sad. But who wants to see that," she asked. "Come on!"

The outlet also reported Ruhl also shared a tearful photo where she had written "Can barely see out of my eyes from crying. I deal with these situations like anyone else. Sending love to all," she concluded.

Thompson, for his part, is concentrating on moving forward with a new career venture. As of this writing, he has not publicly shared any social media-related content pertaining to the divorce.

Instead, he is focusing on the launch and subsequent episodes of his new podcast, "Conversations with Nick Thompson," which he announced via his Instagram on August 30th.

Perhaps "Love Is Blind's" fans and followers will gain more information and concrete information later this week when the highly-anticipated "Love Is Blind: After The Altar" is released on Netflix later this week!

The trailer for the reunion special premiered on social media late last month shortly after Ruhl and Thompson's co-stars Jarrette Jones and Iyanna McNeely announced their decision to file for divorce.

Ruhl posted an Instagram photo on August 12th, featuring her and McNeely hanging out together with their fellow "Love Is Blind" babes Natalie Lee and Deepti Vempati.

As cliche as it may sound, these gals always have their friendship to help navigate any darker days ahead!
