Paris Hilton Congratulates Britney Spears On 'Hold Me Closer' Success: 'The Queen Is Officially Back'

Singer Britney Spears just released her first song in six years and Paris Hilton doesn't have enough positive things to say about her "Hold Me Closer" collaboration with Elton John.

The song, which is a bit of a remix of his 1971 hit "Tiny Dancer," has been topping charts in over a dozen countries and fans and famous friends alike have been gushing over her new track.

On Friday afternoon, the 41-year-old model posted a video of her in a pink velour tracksuit with white cat-eye sunglasses. The video shows her singing along to the song as she lies on the hood of a pink Corvette, kicking her legs into the air. The video also shows her dancing and skipping around in her driveway with matching bright pink sneakers.

"It’s Britney b----…and the queen is officially back @britneyspears ??‍♀️?✨," Paris captioned the video. “'Hold Me Closer' is officially out now and I will be playing it on repeat until further notice! So proud of you sis." She also included the hashtags #HoldMeCloser #Sliving, and - her trademark - #ThatsHot.

Fans thanked Paris for being a good friend to Britney, especially during her stifling 13-year conservatorship. One fan commented, "Love this ❤️your an amazing and beautiful friend ❤️im with u on instant repeat ❤️so happy for Britney it’s a beautiful song."

Another fan shared a throwback photo of the two together, writing, "thank you so much for your support to Britney all [these] years, you always was by her side LEGENDARY QUEENS ?."

About half an hour after her first post, Paris shared another clip of her singing and dancing to Britney Spears’ new hit song. This video starts with her sitting inside the car and singing along and features more wide shots of her skipping around the car. The caption is the same as the last one, with Paris again reminding fans that the Queen is back!

One fan commented, "Love this your an amazing friend! Luv your car [too] lol thanks for being a beautiful person! So happy for Britney ❤️she’s phenomenal."

Other fans continued to thank Paris for supporting her longtime friend, with one fan writing, "YESSSS SUPPORTIVE QUEEN!!!! ?????We love you Paris!!!!"

Britney Spears posted her own celebratory video to Twitter, saying, “Hello Sir Elton John," in a fake British accent. She then says, "We are like #1 in 40 countries" before she shouts, “HOLY S—.”

“I’m in the tub right now and I’m about to go have the best day ever and I hope you’re well,” she added.

Paris retweeted the message writing, "Yes sis!! ?? So happy! The song is epic! I’m so proud of you and love you so much!" Fans again thanked Paris for her support, calling them both "queens."
