Fans Call Britney Spears & Elton John 'Hold Me Closer' Duet A 'Masterpiece'

Singer Britney Spears and Sir Elton John have finally released their duet called "Hold Me Closer," a play on his popular "Tiny Dancer" single.

The song was released at midnight on Friday, August 26 and #WelcomeBackBritney started trending soon after as fans celebrated her return to music. Their highly anticipated duet is now out and available to stream in several places, including Apple Music, Deezer, the iTunes Store, Spotify, and YouTube Music. Fans had nothing but praise for the collaboration, with one fan simply writing, “It’s a masterpiece!!”

"I’m learning everyday is a clean slate to try and be a better person and do what makes me happy … yes I choose happiness today," Britney continued. "I tell myself every day to let go of the hurt bitterness and try to forgive myself and others to what may have been hurtful."
