Comedian Rosie O'Donnell has never been afraid to voice her opinions, especially regarding Donald Trump. O'Donnell and the former US president are longtime enemies who regularly take every opportunity to criticize each other publicly.

The comedian recently posted a video responding to a TikTok user who was unhappy with her post about Trump. In the video, she reiterated her joy that the FBI searched Trump's Florida estate and said that all his supporters are "willfully blind."

Earlier in August, Trump confirmed that the FBI had raided his home and criticized the agency for the move. The video O'Donnell made is just a part of the feud that has been ongoing for several years and began after she criticized him on "The View."

The FBI Raided Former President Donald Trump's Home

On August 8th, Trump confirmed that several FBI agents had raided his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The former US president quickly condemned the raid in a statement, calling it "prosecutorial misconduct" and a wrongful "weaponization of the Justice System."

Trump said, "Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate."

Trump also alleged that the FBI raid was a plot hatched by "radical left democrats" trying to stop him from running for the presidential elections in 2024. Shortly after the raid, two high-level intelligence officials revealed to Newsweek that the search was targeted at recovering Trump's personal stash of hidden government documents.

Rosie O'Donnell Called Donald Trump's Billionaire Image An 'Illusion'

The same day that Trump confirmed the raid, O'Donnell posted a TikTok talking about it. She claimed that the FBI search proved that no one, even Trump, "is above the law." In the video, she also stated that Trump's public image as a billionaire businessman and real estate mogul is fake.

She said, "OK, so we've proved to the citizens of the United States that no one is above the law. Trump's home raided, and [the FBI] seized 15 boxes… So I think America has come to understand his true essence, and he doesn't have quite the following that he used to, and people have woken up to the illusion of Donald Trump."

O'Donnell continued "exposing" Trump's image and even claimed that he got all his wealth from his "slumlord" father. She said his false image was "an illusion created by Mark Burnett on The Celebrity Apprentice that he was somehow some sort of successful businessman, which he never was."

O'Donnell and Trump began their public feud in 2006 after she criticized him on "The View," which she used to co-host. At the time, O'Donnell was upset at Trump for not firing Tara Conner, the Miss USA winner who admitted to underage drinking and drug use. In response, Trump called her "fat" and a "loser."

O'Donnell also once alleged on the show that Trump was actually bankrupt and described the businessman as a "snake oil salesman on "Little House on the Prairie." Trump responded by calling her "a woman out of control" and said that he would make her rue her words by suing her.

The feud only got worse as the years went by. In 2018, during an interview on MSNBC (via NewsWeek), O'Donnell called Trump a "creepy fascist" and said he's the "dumbest human living." He has also called her several names, saying she's a "mentally sick woman, a bully, a dummy and, above all, a loser."
